Wonderful
More delicious and diverse than expected. Because it has no sweetness you can add it to anything for some contrast. However, if I eat too many it acts like a jolt of caffeine. This is concentrated chocolate without the sugar- only for chocoholics.

Good for baking
These are good for baking and adding to oatmeal. They have a nutty flavor. Very different from sweetened cacao.

Yummy and healthy
We do a "green shake" every morning. My husband prepares it from scratch, using all kinds of fresh food. We started adding cacao nibs to the shakes for their health benefit, but it also adds significantly to the flavor. YUM.

hard bits that are hard enough to damage teeth
I have had good results from Food To Live Cocoa Nibs for a while now, but I recently ordered two of the 7.5lb bags and I am terribly dissappointed to suddenly find hard bits in this brand.I have had those hard bits before in other brands, and that is one reason I tried switching to Food To Live. I'm not sure what to do now.Since originally posting this, I have received a nice acknowledgement. And I would add that I have had this same problem with a number of brands over the past year or so.

LOVE MY CACAO NOBS !!!
Great cacao nibs.I add them to my keto cakes and they add such a nice flavor and texture to the dough.I also add them to my keto "no oat oatmeal" and it's soooo delicious.I will definitely buy it again.
