This worked great. My dogs are not well behaved and even with them pulling to chase after other dogs the bike is easy to control. Sturdy and easy to install. I am super happy I got this. I am going to buy a second and try with one dog on both sides of me.

We ordered this to give us another way to exercise our young dog. She is high energy and walking isn't enough. My son installed this very quickly and easily and our dog caught on quickly this first time we used it with her.

I have a high energy Lab. I have used this to run her on my bike for 2 months now. It works so well and the bungee really helps to reduce the pull. It was difficult to get it tighten down on the bike, but we left off the plastic that goes underneath and it worked great. I would like a replacement bungee, but have not been able to find one.

This bike/dog connection keeps my dog from running in front of the bike. The dog is a safe distance from wheels and pedals too.

Great for exercising dog; however the design has too much slop in threads of support rod. Intermittent yanking on threads by dog causes tilting back and forth within threaded joint. Connection wore out soft aluminum threads within 3 months, rendering the item useless.

I was pretty hesitant using this item because my dog likes to run after people and other dogs but I needed to find a way to wear him out other than walking 10 miles a day and using a normal leash with a bike has been pretty catastrophic. We went a few miles today and he loved it. It didn't take long for him to figure out what side to stay on and he did go after a few things but the bungee really dampened the pulling, it was noticable but not as bad as I was expecting at all, even straight 90° to the bike. I did go slow when I knew he was going to react and keeping weight on the bike is key. My dog is about 70 pounds and I'm around 200.

I researched several options and settled on this dog leash bike attachment because it seemed to balance value and price; I chose to ignore the reviews that warned about the attachment braking off. The issue seemed to be that the bar holding the leash away from your bike attaches to a joint on your bike by screwing on. After repeated use the teeth get stripped. I figured that by ensuring the bar was always tightly screwed to the joint, this wouldn’t happen to me. I was wrong.The bar actually came off during a bike ride!!!! Thank God our dog is well trained and simply stopped and waited for me. I don’t even want to think about what could have happened to her.

My new favorite dog toy/accessory. My dog really likes it, she gets excited every time she sees it. It's easy to put on and take off. Once you mount the base the extender just twists on and off.

The dog safely runs next to and slightly behind the bike. We feel much safer riding this way. Our dog took to it straight away and he’s a lot more confident running next the bike. Great for a dog who just loves to run!
