you apply a thin layer once or twice a week. Let this sit for up to 10 minutes (depending on sensitivity) and then rinse and pat dry. Finish up with your normal skin regime for nighttime. Make sure you try to skin test for any issues. One of the ingredients is Bromelain, which is an enzyme from pineapple. This enzyme helps reduce inflammation and water retention. It also aids in digestion. This also has acids in it to aid with removing skin flakes. A little goes a long way.

This was very disappointing for a peel. It's not a strong peel, in any way. I used as directed and actually left it on quite longer than the recommended 5 to 10 minutes because I have used enzyme peels in the past, and know how my skin tolerates them. This did nothing. I didn't even get a little pink. I typical will start to peel 12 to 24 hours after a good peel. My skin did nothing. Nothing. I had zero effects. I even did a light microdermsbrasion on my skin the next day and still nothing. If you have skin that can't take a strong peel or just want you skin to feel a little 'boost' and have a nice glow the next day, then go for it. If you are looking for a high quality peel, skip this.
