These aren't leather.
Not really sure why you guys keep calling these cups leather... They're not. Not even close. If these were real leather, they'd be at least 50 bucks more than they are. Also, leather doesn't burn & I guarantee you if you take a match to these they'll light up like the guns of the navarone. That's the reason for my 3 star rating. They're def more comfy than the stock joints & that's really all I care about. Now let's see how long they last before they get crusty.

Great upgrade but a little too pricey
Comfort - just deep enough so my ears don't get squished like with the stock pads, but not as deep as WickedCushions pads. My ears still touch the mesh slightly, which I don't mind.Unlike WC, these pads don't alter the sound significantly. Subbass becomes a little more elevated, and treble becomes a tad drier compared to the stock pads, but overall the tradeoff is worth it for me.The fit is also very good - nice and tight, although they are still relatively easy to rotate, but not as bad as WC, which for me are really loose. These are definitely not leather so sellers please update the description. Not that I assumed these would be real leather at this price. Still, the pleather is nice and soft, maybe a little too thin. I'll try to update this review after I see how long it lasts.Overall I think these are a good buy if you absolutely hate the stock pads' comfort but they would've been a great buy if they were $10 cheaper. If you are ok with the stock pads' comfort and sound and need replacements, don't bother with these.

Pretend these pads are a requirement for your M40x
Once I put these pads on my m40x, it transformed them into what they should have been all along. I immediately noticed improved sound quality with these. Stock pads on the m40x are uncomfortable and the sound was good but the frequency response was definitely V-shaped. Now with these pads, comfort is improved ten-fold and the frequency response has been flattened out, calming down the bass and treble, allowing the mids to come through clearly. These pads are just a hair smaller and thinner than stock ones, but the sound stage is not affected. If you buy m40x's, you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not buy these pads along with it.

Great replacement pads for M50x
Needed new pads due to cracking stock pads. Wildly comfortable due to being real leather ... my ears used to sweat quickly with the stock M50x pads, but not with these. I can wear them for hours without issue due to this and the memory foam. The sound signature does change slightly though; treble is a little harsher since the thickness of the padding covering the drivers is thinner than stock. This change increases clarity at lower volumes but can make the highs harsher with louder listening. Bass is also reduced in intensity but is clearer due to the pads being slightly thicker than stock, placing your ears further from the drivers. Overall a worthwhile investment!

Too loose on Sony 7506. Fall off a lot. Reduced sound quality.
I thought I’d give these a try, even though The cost more than other brands I have purchased. First, these do not stay on my Sony 7506 headphones. I have three pairs for recording and these pads fall off all the time, while another brand pad stays on. Also, these are deeper pads, and definitely reduce sound quality. I definitely don’t recommend them.

Very comfortable, but still a little warm.
Got these for my Sony xm10000s. They fit perfectly on the stock Sony pad holders with the only tool needed is a small screw driver to pop the old pads off and a box knife or small pair of scissors to cut small holes for the alignment guides.Much more comfortable than stock with a slightly larger opening and depth. No noticeable change in sound. Strongly recommend.

Great pads for the Audio Technical ATH-M50
These pads are great for my 'phones! They are super comfortable, they fit great, very soft, have amazing sound isolation, quality is there, and they do not seem to have any adverse effect on the audio. I purchased these specifically because they are made of REAL leather. I have had my headphones since they were first originally released. The pads on mine hardened and disintegrated years ago and were seriously starting to cause pain. I bought real leather in the hopes of extending the lifespan of my headphones; and because there are lots of mixed reviews on the reproduced audio quality with velour/velvet; and because I couldn't stomach the idea of pleather again.I am not a programmer per say but I do a lot of programming for work. I use these when I want to concentrate and I use them for hours at a time (lower levels, of course). These new pads really are great. For some background... I am a synthesizer nerd. My headphones were originally used for monitoring purposes when I couldn't use my studio monitors. Needless to say I care about the fidelity of reproduced & monitored audio... Don't be afraid of these pads.

and it is just fantastic. Although you will experience a slight change in ...
If you bought ATH-M40X or any other M series, this is a pad you need to buy to improve in comfort.I put these on for my ATH-M40X, and it is just fantastic. Although you will experience a slight change in sound, however, this pad has the least differences compare to other pads. Comfort is great, but because Dekoni tried to copy exactly the frequency ranges from stock pads, ear cup opening is only slightly bigger than stock pads.

Good but not great
The memory foam leather ear pads are very comfortable compared to its stock leather pads. However, the fitting is loose and it's able to rotate once you fix it on the headphones. I also noticed a slight change in the sound comparing to the stock leather pads. The bassy effect is noticeably lower but the mids are higher. Overall, they're good and comfortable leather pads but not for those who might have problems adjusting to the sound change due to this ear pads.

Dekoni Memory Foam Leather Repacement Earpads for Audio Technica ATH-M50x
Ottimi pads sostitutivi per Audiotechnica ATH-M50. Innanzitutto sono molto confortevoli e rispetto agli originali non danno fastidio sulle orecchie. Molto be realizzati e curati. Consigliati
