Micro-USB bKey Operating Instructions 1. To charge bKey, make sure the top cap (the round-end where the smartphone tip is located) is FULLY CLOSED. 2. Remove the USB cap (the other rectangular end of bKey) and plug it into a USB port on your computer or AC wall adapter. The light will glow red to indicate it is charging. 3. Once it’s charged completely (takes approximately 1 hour), the light will change from red to blue. 4. Open the top cap (the round-end where the smartphone tip is located) by gently placing your fingernail underneath the latch pushing upwards on it until it opens. It will get easier to open after several uses. 5. Wait until your phone reaches below 40% battery power and plug in your bKey to charge your phone. It can take up to 30+ minutes for bKey to empty its full charge in your phone. You must recharge your bKey again before its next use by following steps 1 to 3. Note: It is also recommended that you remove bKey from your keychain prior to charging and use with your phone. For all other technical support inquiries, please email us at [email protected]

Don't buy if you use a case on your phone
A waste. I initially invested when they were promoting on Kickstarter. I was thoroughly disappointed when I received the product. Does not work if you use a case on your phone.

Life Saver
Just got to test the bKey yesterday and its a life saver, its small and fits on a key ring and it even looks like a key. When you are low in battery it will charge your phone for another half hour, and the best part is it dosent take up space in your pocket you just keep it on the ring.Sample was provided for an unbiased review.

seems good
Product seems as advertised, but came weeks late, so no longer needed it. Had already ordered a similar product the same size that holds more of a charge.

Meh
It doesn't hold much of a charge and after awhile the cap broke off. Which was a real problem because the unit turns on when the cap is flipped open. Now it's even more worthless... I'd spend equal amount of money on other battery chargers and skip this.
