Overall I bought the set for my wife, I have been looking for an inexpensive yet good set up for sewing and hemming as well as using a cutting board. She loves the tin of clips and uses them all the time and they are all in good shape. 3 pieces of chalk had broken in half, it didn't have any effect on the way the chalk worked. Which was GREAT BTW. The seam rippers are good for the price and overall the quality is a lot better than I thought it would be. 20/10, I am going to buy another one from this seller, I actually think that I have found someone who is as honest as I have seen.

This is what you get for the price you paid for. For me it’s worth it. The tin can to hold the clip is full of clips so that’s a good thing for me. I just started this hobby and is still gathering my supplies but I have background in sewing from before. The snipper has a bit of a rust in it, but I ordered one from fiskars. You can still use the snipper and as long as you take care of it with oil, and wipe it off initially with cloth to take the bit of a rust off. The chalk is good sise, feels right when I hold it. Among the 10 chalk, 1 has a bit of chip( not a lot) and I think that’s expected since it’s chalk and it travelled a lot, you can still use it. I put just a little pressure when i used the chalk and it worked well. For me, it’s worth it for the price.

Chalk is not as good as have gotten before. It just crumbles. Everything else is ok.

I must admit, I was a little hesitant to order this kit after reading reviews where some were saying they didn’t receive a full order, but I am very pleased that I decided to order it! Not only is the kit very generous and priced well, but the company sent some gifts with my order. I have posted a pic of my complete kit soon after I unboxed it. I received ten tailor chalks in a variety of colors that will work on all colors of fabric. I got a cute tin filled with plastic clips, the scissors and seam rippers, along with three measuring tapes. One is on a key chain. Each measuring tape is offered in three widths, wide, medium and narrow. In addition, I received a small, zippered case made of durable fabric to store things in. When I think of purchasing these items separately, this kit is definitely an ideal choice. I was shopping for chalk and I wanted to try some of those plastic clips to use instead of pins and I was fortunate to find this kit. Trust me, you will not be disappointed and the bonus is! It’s an amazing bargain!

What I needed is all here. Clips looks sturdy, 80pcs of small and 20 pcs of bigger clip. Chalk and seam ripper works fine. Great value. Totally worth it.

The chalk was a little too soft, breaks quite easily, other than that I’m satisfied with my purchase
