Had prime rid last night. The steak knifes were the perfect utensils. Nice heavy well made knives and extremely sharp. Highly recommend.

These knives cut steak like your cutting butter. They are just the right weight for your hand and comfortable to hold. Great value for the price . Definitely great quality.

I did a LOT of research into getting new steak knives. We have a very nice set that is older, but there are just 4 of them and that doesn't work when more than 4 people are over for a nice steak dinner. Looking at the well reviewed high end knives, I almost pulled the trigger to get them, but I just could not make my brain agree with spending $400+ on 8 steak knives, no matter how nice they were. So I kept researching and found these German steel CutLuxe knives. At less than $150 for 8 knives, and with the German steel and a lot of very good reviews, I made the purchase.So far so good! We have used them once with guests when grilling some thick NY Strip steaks. First of all, the CutLuxe steak knives are attractive and closely match the knives used in our kitchen. Second, they are solidly heavy and have the feel of a quality steakhouse steak knife. Last, but not least, they have an excellent straight edge and just glide through the steaks. All the guests made great comments about how easily the knives cut through the steaks.They were also attractively boxed and it is nice to be able to hand wash them, immediately dry them, and put them back in their box for storage until the next steak dinner is on the menu. The straight edge on these knives is very sharp and appear like they will be easy to sharpen in the future.Highly recommend so far!

I have purchased several Cutluxe products over the years and have very happy with all of them.However I was disappointed with these steak knives in that they all had sharp edges on the handles. It appeared that there was a misalignment issue during the handle assembly. Because I needed these knives for an upcoming event I decided that rather than return them I would try to file/sand the sharp edges. This worked fairly well and I was able to use them without any discomfort. (I'd like to add that these knives are crazy sharp! Be very careful while using and cleaning them!)I contacted the company directly to make them aware of the misalignment issue and was pleasantly surprised to be told that they would send me a new set!I received the new set today and they all were very smooth with no handle issues whatsoever.It is refreshing to find a company that stands behind their products with such a pleasant and courteous staff.I recommend that anyone wanting to up their culinary game to consider purchasing Cutluxe products. You won't be disappointed!

This is a nice mid range knife set. Comfortable grip, good weight, sharp. Haven't had long enough to determine how they hold an edge. So far so good though.

This is the fourth order we have made with Cutluxe and we couldn't be happier. We purchased three parring knives, a boning knife, a very large meat slicer and now four steak knives. All came sharp and ready to use straight from the boxes. My wife, (who hates the kitchen), even noticed the difference between our old knives and how nice and effective the Cutluxe knives are. I highly recommend Cutluxe, especially for the price.

Love them as always. I only use Cutlux knives for all my kitchen needs.

If you want a sharp flat edge steak knife, get these. Also this company stands behind their products!Love the 15 deg edge also. Bought the 5 inch Santour knife also. Great goto chopper/slicer.Just be careful with use as you will get cut!

Sono talmente belli che potrebbero essere oggetti da collezzione ed è quasi un peccato usarli, Sono affilatissimi e tagliano benissimo robusti e costruiti con materiali di pregio, vediamo adesso se durano nel tempo, spedizione non velocissima ma sono comunque arrivati in tempo consigliatissimi

I don't like to saw through good meat. These have a nice edge, and the handles are also decently (albeit not perfectly) finished.
