ErgoActive 10mg as L-Ergothioneine (1 Month Supply)

I have noticed that I am feeling better lately--no random aches and pains, digestion good, clear thinking--and I was trying to figure out what I'm doing differently. Then I remembered I started taking ErgoActive about a week ago. That's the only reason I can think of, so I plan to keep taking it.

Customer service was great and product shipped quickly. I'm happy I found Ergothioneine at a reasonable price.It was well worth it considering all the benefits of Ergothioneine.

I bought this product because I read in a medical newsletter that in countries that have high amounts of ergothioneine in their diets, people have lower instances of neurodegenerative diseases, while people in countries like the US, which has low amounts of ergothioneine in the diet, have a higher probability of diseases like Parkinson's & Alzheimer's. My father has Parkinson's, as do several other members of his side of my family. I have never eaten mushrooms, so I'm probably getting very little or no ergothioneine in my diet, so I decided to give this product a try. This is a new product that I just started taking, so it's too early to know if I will receive any benefit from it. It did arrive to me in pristine condition & the manufactured date was just one month before I ordered it.

This Ergothioneine = amino acid is sorta rare / hard to get do to the factthat the body doesn't make it and it's acquired completely through the diet.A person would need to focus on a particular diet intake to consume it.And it's found in very few organisms - primary Actinobacteria (gram-positive Bacteria)and Cyanobacteria (gram-negative bacteria) and certain fungi.Although it has been found is bacteria, plants, and animals.> Some foods that contain Ergothioneine are liver - kidney - black beans - kidney beans -oat bran - bolete (mushroom) - oyster.Ergothioneine in humans is supportive of red blood cells - bone marrow -liver - kidneys - semen - eyes.As a medicine = folks take this for liver damage - cataracts - Alzheimer's disease -diabetes and heart disease.> However - this amino acid is under active research and said to not yet have determinedit's functional role in humans.> After some compelling research my personal feeling is = I'm excited to give this product a try.

Highly recommended. This is a great source of ergothioneine. It is the only available patented formulation. They're may be other brands than Sundita (I don't know), but this one should provide a legitimately potent ergothioneine supplement. I can't speak to the effects yet, as dietary supplements don't typically present overt effects immediately. Will buy again. Only freedom for 4 stars instead of 5 is the extremely high price. I understand this is a rare product, but the price is prohibitive.
