What are the "other" ingredients? The cover does not specify and the instruction booklet pictured is in Spanish.

I read the MSDS on this product ( https://cdn.spectrumbrands.com/~/media/Garden%20Safe/Files/MSDS/MSDS-70051-2-39609-Jan10.ashx ), which lists 70 percent neem oil as the only hazardous ingredient. Other ingredients not listed because they are not considered hazardous by the EPA. Like others here say, it's likely additives to make the oil mix with water for spraying.

What are the alternatives? Live without it and have bugs destroy your plants. Use it as needed and rinse the food before you eat it. Avoid it and use insecticidal soap or copper sprays for fungus.

I'm not concerned about this product's safety, but I will continue to research to find out what those other ingredients are. I'll try asking my local farm extension service or one of the many organic farming resources out there. Perhaps the answer is google-able. If I learn any more, I'll share it here. Until then, I'll be in the garden spraying this so I get to eat my own food and enjoy my own flowers!

Is there any chemical pesticide in this product?

The label says 70% neem oil and 30% other ingredients.  They don't say what those "other ingredients" are, however, it would appear that there are pesticides in the "other ingredients".  There is this warning on the label:ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDSDo not apply directly to water. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwaters or rinsate. To protect the environment, do not allow pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters. Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off treatment area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will help avoid runoff to water bodies or drainage systems.BEE HAZARD: This product is toxic to bees exposed to direct treatment. Do not apply this product while bees are actively visiting the treatment area.There is this information on just neem oil, which also leads me to believe that the "other ingredients" contains a pesticide, based on those warnings on the label: http://www.discoverneem.com/neem-bees-beneficial-insects.html.

mix how much to a gallon of water?

I don't know but I use one cap full for about a glass of water and has not damaged my plants.  So from there a gallon of water is about 16 cups, then about 16 cap fulls.  I honestly don't know but just tell you what I do.

Can I use this on my cherry tree ? The leaves get curled up with something like black cherry aphids. Thanks

I use it on cherry trees.  It seems to "control" but does not get rid of the bugs.  I have to reapply after heavy rains.  Try first at the lower concentration to be sure it doesn't hurt the plant.
