I have a 60 pound Boxer who thinks she is tiny. She gets on the bed and immediately the covers become trapped often leaving my shoulders cold. Instead of moving the dog (because I'm not a monster) I bought this beautifully textured and surprisingly warm blanket.My second purpose for buying this blanket was that I bought a ridiculously plain duvet cover that needed some "oompf" (which is a design word meaning "something to make the outcome spectacular") and this blanket does it. I drape it over the corner of the bed for layering and texture during the day and keep it behind my pillows at night for when my tiny puppy comes and weighs down all of the blankets. Because this is acrylic it tends to trap the heat in nicely despite being thin. Love the pattern on it and the fringe has interest as well due to the different thicknesses. LOVE this.

If your first question is, "how warm is it," you may want to look elsewhere. It'll definitely take the chill off, but unless I don't understand how blankets are supposed to work, I'd say this one is more of a decoration than an actual useful throw. It's not worthless as a blanket, but let's just say I'll look at it 99% of the time and pull it over me while I lay on the couch 0%.

I knew these were lightweight throws when I ordered them. They're almost sheer, but fold up very compactly to be placed in storage cubes when not in use. I ended up purchasing four of them. One for a sofa, two for chairs and another for naps. The colors were just as expected. I haven't needed to launder them, but I would suggest putting them in mesh bags to do so, due to the fringe. One thing I did do after receiving them, on the fringe, about every fourth or fifth yarn strand is a larger one that creates the pattern on the blankets. I went through and knotted the ends of that strand because it's made up of multiple yarns.

This is a nice lightweight thin blanket. It is nice and soft, but not like chenille. It reminds me of a lightweight sweater. I personally love the look of it and it works really well with my living rooms grey color scheme.

Exactly what I needed. The softness of this blanket is even better than I hoped for. It is very comfortable to use. The vibrant color also stands out and works as a great accent to my couch. Would highly recommend!!

Great throw to use both as an accent as well as for warmth. Rich color. It's been washed twice so far and held up well. Still very soft.

It is soft like a sweater and light but warm but not to warm

Very soft, really nice accent to my daughters bed. Very lightweight. Snags kind of easily but not unexpected for a knitted item. Nice for a light cover.

The throw arrived on time and is such a lovely pink,I have in on a chair in my bedroom.Looks really beautiful.I would recommend this purchase.
