Excellent, especially for a small space
My tiny apartment has softened water and I live in an area with exceptionally hard water--42 parts per million. It was necessary for me to haul in drinking water by the gallon from the grocery store. I'm 75 years old and found this very difficult, so after hauling about 400 gallons, I measured the space under my sink and got the landlady's permission to install this RO system. It fits nicely under the sink with room to spare, works perfectly so far, filtering the softened water, and I am spared all that hard work. The water tastes good, even though sometimes I get some tiny bubbles along with it. There is a way to clear that, but I haven't done it yet. I recommend that if you are right-handed, that you install the spigot on the left side of your faucet. My plumber asked me 3 times if I really wanted it on the right side, and thought my reason was good, so that's where it went. I wish I had put it on the left; it's just more intuitive. I think this system is a good choice and the price is manageable.

Easy To Install - Great Customer Service
I was looking for information from CuZn prior to buying and I ended up emailing them directly. My email was answered by Chris W at the factory and he was extremely helpful and I subsequently purchased the under the counter 5 stage RO system. Installed it myself with no issues. A year later per Chris's suggestion I ordered the replacement filters and installed the first 4 with no issues. I was not quite sure how to install the 5th filter so I emailed Chris again, got his helpful response and then installed the last filter in less than 4 minutes. GREAT PRODUCT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Replacement filters are unavailable,
The water produced is a good clean taste. It is average in installation difficulty. Apparently the company no longer supports this product so you can't get replacement filters. Obviously, don't buy.

The number of positive reviews is a bit suspicious. You get what you pay for.
This product would actually pretty easy to install, but the instructions make it difficult. It seems that they were written in Chinese and translated to English using Google translate. The steps are not in order. They are just random sentences and inaccurate diagrams thrown together in a disorganized hodgepodge. When I did finally figure it out, installation and sanitization were pretty easy. The quick connect fittings work pretty well. I only got one leak, from me not pushing the tube in all the way. That was easily fixed. As to how it works:My town water smells like bleach all of the time. This system makes my tap water taste like bottled. So it seems to do its job. This cheap RO system does have a design flaw that I wish I had known about; RO systems work by filtering water and pumping it into a pressurized holding tank. That water is then available for use, whenever you open the tap. As the RO system works, it produces waste water that goes down the drain. In theory, there should be a shutoff valve that stops the system from filtering once the tank is full, so that you aren’t constantly pouring tap water down the drain. This system has no such capability, though the manual falsely claims that it does. So once you turn on the water to this filtration system, it will continue to pour water down the drain until you close the feed valve yourself. So if you buy this system and you don’t want a ridiculously high water bill, you have to reach under your sink and shut the feed valve when the tank is full. This is tremendously annoying, but I already hooked the thing up, so that’s what I do. Every couple days I’ll open the valve, fill up a pitcher and jug of water for the fridge, let the tank fill up, then I shut the valve. If I had to do it again, I’d buy a different one. If anyone sells an RO system actually made in America, I’m interested.

Works perfectly
I bought this CuZn RO water filtration system to make well water in my house potable, so that not to rely on buying bottled water. I installed the system myself and had it working one day so far with no leaks. I also measured the water ppm before and after filtration. I was very happy that the system brought ppm from 430 (and sometimes up to 488) down to 15ppm (see attached photos). At this point I would recommend this system for anyone who needs their water purified. I will update this review in the future if needed (especially after this system has been working for some time).A few notes on installation. I am not a plumber, but after watching a couple of youtube instruction videos and reading the instructions that came in with the system, I could easily install the system under my sink. All I used for installation was a drill, a 1/4" drill bit, a philips screwdriver, a knife, a flashlight, and a wrench. Make sure that when you drill the hole for waste water, the hole is before the water trap, not after.A note on filtration. I needed to flush the water filtered first as it had some carbon particles. That is normal for new filters. I also bought a set of filters for later replacement. The instructions call for replacing filters every 6 months. However, I bought a water tester, i.e., a TDS meter (fairly inexpensive), which will tell me how well the RO system performs.UPDATE (3/28/2020): After working for a week, the quality of water actually increased. Last time it was at 3ppm (see photo). The lowest I got was 2ppm.Also, the system developed a leak the other day, but it was my fault. The leak was at the connection in one of the three big pre-filter containers. When the system arrived initially, I merely tightened them. After I had put plumber tape around the threading and screwed back the containers, the leak stopped.
