USA SEALING Prosoco Blok-Guard® & Graffiti Control WB 6

Had some small seeping of water through blocks for a commercial building. Added this product to the blocks, did an adsorption test and it worked after sealing. One year later the seeping returned, the product is cheap, water based, and didn’t even last a year. Sadly a waste of time and money…

I used this after using Prosoco Sure Klean Custom Masonry Cleaner (which did a fantastic job cleaning our brick). This was super easy to apply and I can still see water beading on our brink several months after application.
