Product is beyond expectations taste wise. Disappointed about packaging not giftable from this perspective. We planned to send the tea variety to our relative and friends for the holidays. We shall enjoy our tea and share with them at home. :-D

Delicious tea bags for an excellent price!...will buy them again!

Order was exactly as described -- I received 4 bags of each of the 9 pictured types of tea -- and the expiration date isn't until the middle of next year, so everything looks spot on. I plan to sort the packets into little stacks and tie with twine before gifting. (The box they came in is nice enough to use for that purpose, although personally I'm putting them into a bigger box in with other items.) All-around pleased with the purchase.

I am disappointed with my order as I did not receive 9 flavors. I was not sent Comfort or Unwind flavors. I also received different quantities of the flavors I did receive as If they just threw in the flavors they had on hand despite how the order should be fulfilled. I was supposed to receive 5 bags of 9 flavors. I only received 33 bags of tea and 7 flavors! Very disappointed. I am sure the teas are fine but the fulfillment was not as represented.
