The product arrived shoved into an open and ripped plastic bag that was inside of a sealed cardboard Amazon box. Great quality; however, it was missing its brooch. Very disappointed.

Purchased this piece on a whim for my winter wedding. The weather was going to be a toss up between frigid and fair, and landed somewhere in between add some wind and drizzle. I was so glad I made this purchase! It helped keep me warm without covering too much or taking away from my dress! Definitely higher quality than I anticipated, especially for the fair price. It also arrived quickly! Didn't use the broach that was included, it didn't really go with anything else I was wearing. Definitely recommend this item!♡

Got last min for a friend's winter wedding. They matched well with dresses, arrived in like 2 days, looked good with multiple skin tones of the wedding party, and kept us warm

This is beautiful. Arrived well packaged and quickly but WITHOUT the free brooch the advertisement mentions is included. This inclusion was the main factor in why I chose this item over others so I'm highly disappointed. I feel lied to. If I were given an option to have the brooch sent to me instead of simply having to send the shawl back, I'd absolutely do that. Unfortunately, I can either keep the item, without the brooch or go without the shawl entirely and send it back for a refund. I'm keeping it and buying a brooch separately, but I'm not happy about it. I DO NOT recommend this item unless it's relisted cheaper with no mention of an included brooch.

Just loved it used it for my wedding

I wore this to an outdoor San Diego wedding in December @ night! I was so warm and could tuck my hands. i felt so elegant and really liked the way it felt.
