I waited to submit this review until after I had an opportunity to utilize and evaluate both the product and the support.I own a consulting company that works with CTE educational programs. At first, we were looking for a microphone that educators could utilize when adding sound to presentations (live and digital), and that would work in a variety of lab situations. We needed a microphone that was durable, relatively stylish, and had excellent voice quality. We also wanted one that had adjustments on the microphone, was easy to connect and set-up, and had excellent customer support. However, due to the recent pandemic, many instructors have had to adapt to offsite education (often from home) via the internet. This change in educational delivery has necessitated the need for a quality microphone. One that can be used when instructing from home and communicating with students via the internet. This microphone has met the majority of these requirements. It is well made, durable, the quality is excellent, and the packaging is also good. This product has met the challenge and served well.Customer support when we required it was good, however it was via e-mail, and required a day for the response. Also, the accompanying documentation was rather weak, especially for non-professional sound technicians. For example, this microphone utilizes a USB connection. If you have external speakers already connected to your computer, they may not operate when you connect the microphone. However, there is a speaker jack on the microphone. If you connect your external speakers to the microphone jack, not the computer, then they will work. This is not explained well in the instructions, nor is work-around given either.It is for these reasons I gave the microphone an overall rating of only 4. Not for the quality of the product, but the support delay and lack of good instructions.All things considered; I do recommend this microphone.

It is able to produce sound so booming enough to surpass earthly grounds and to impress the most Holy persons to ever exist in history. A mute button that never fails me is all any most respected person on Heaven or Earth needs on an important business call or virtual seminar or even simple chat with friends (who also own this microphone by the way, as I have inspired them so.) The absolute volume control and ability to become a higher-power-like figure with the echo feature have inspired some of my most favorited original artistic works like songs and EVEN a painting of the beauteous, Sacred object I keep protected at all times that hangs over my bed to Bless me while I sleep. My Priest even uses this pretty microphone during his sermons-- so clear I can hear Him now, absorbing the prayers so deep within my soul. With such integrity and promise, such honesty and astonishment, I bestow upon this microphone 5 shining stars. I beg, oh how I beg of you, Fellow Customer, to buy this essential instrument and see for yourself the many ways it sculpts life anew. I don't know why, but my mic keeps on cutting out whenever i try to speak. I am talking and then people are saying " i can't hear you, you keep on cutting out", no matter what i do (take off the foam thing, keep it on, adjusting the mic etc.) Ever since i plugged the mic in my PC, the sound of video games is going weird, for example, shooting games: i hear gun shots behind me and when i turn back nothing or no one is even there. The sound of playing games with this mic isn't good, if you play Fortnite and thinking about buying this mic you should really get used to playing with audio visuals.

UPDATE: This microphone is so much better than my initial generic review gives credit for. I’m using it for mostly my gaming mic on the PlayStation network and it simply commands attention when you want it to. The echo adjustment makes all the difference. You can fine tune that. So please don’t abuse it’s power lol. I’m not telling anybody else. But this company deserves your business and has given me nothing to say that. They deserve it by bringing a diamond in the rough with so many “almost worth a sh$*” mics flooding the market. I actually have the Shure MV-7 waiting in the box to review and look forward to comparing the two. I should be blown away by the $249 Shure. I’ll let you know. It has to be $230 worth better..or it’s simply not. My racing buddies are sure impress and irritated by my new capabilities. Don’t think the Shure has the echo I hope so.ORIGINAL REVIEWI was pleasantly surprised by how much microphone I got for the price. It has the options I’ve wanted in a mic and have not found at this price until now. If you’re looking to for a budget friendly mic look no further. I highly recommend this value priced, quality built microphone. Great for game streaming or podcasts.
