I cannot speak to the actual product, but it was received with all components packaged loosely in a bag. The metal parts all rubbed together during transport, causing severe scratching to the products finish. I returned the item and purchased something different since I didn’t trust that the next one would be packaged properly. It is unfortunate though, because I was really looking forward to seeing it in my bathroom!

I was so excited when I got this. The plumbers and our contractor installed them. We have only lived in the house one month now, and it is completely rusted out (as seen in the pictures). Because it was all built in to the quartz, we have to call the plumbers to come install something else. It is going to cost us a lot of $$$$.

I wasn’t sure at first to by faucet from Amazon, but it works good and no problem to install

All the connections come with metallic hoses which won't last more than 10 years, it's very difficult to install specially if it's not a standalone tub because of the reduced space to tighten each hose connector into the main valve, there are 4 hoses that have to be connected in a 5x5 cms area. Took us around 3 hours to fully install it and hopefully it lasts long. I've only used it for a couple of months and the top plate keeps moving however, looks nice in the tub.
