It's okay, for a USED product covered in animal hair when it arrived
The plastic bag the product arrived in was open and the product was clearly USED. It is covered in animal hair!!! Amazon product quality as well as their customer service is garbage lately. I noticed a decline prior to the existing pandemic, prices are often higher than their in-store competitors and prime shipping options rarely make it more convenient.

Didn’t send the whole product
I bought this for my mom. She had arthritis and suffered an injury. Even the doctor said that this would be a good brace. I went ahead and purchased and to my surprise it didn’t come with the other piece. I was really looking forward in this product to help my mother.
