Nice little humidifier. I am touchy with noise as I have migraines. This thing is quiet! While it does have a small sound, it is more like a slight hiss. I dont hear the machine, just the mist. I fill it up before I leave for work and refill when I get home...10hrs. If it goes empty while you are out it has the auto shut off. I find the blue light soothing but it does turn off if you dont.Also good to know: some have complained about puddles....if the mist is interrupted, it will break down and drip. That means fabric like a curtain or hitting a cabinet for example. The mist must be directed into an open area. If the nozzle is removed completely, the mist will gradually sink and you will have a puddle.I just purchased this because I saw it in a friends house. I use tap water and have not yet had to clean it. I do not use essential oils as I have pets so I have no idea if use of them is appropriate in this machine. If you have a baby I would not suggest placing the mist directly on the baby as it feels cooler around the area once the machine has run for a few minutes.EDIT: I forgot to mention...this is ugly lol I prefer white over black. I thought the tank was clear. As you can see in my pic it is a dark tinted. This looks like a mismatched mess with the white lid and nozzle on a dark tank. I ordered an all black one and this will go in my bedroom as I still truly live it!

I got this because I have been so darn congested this winter, and the heater just keeps drying me up worse. We finally started using it & I am already feeling a difference!! I'm not sitting here hacking my lungs out all day long now!! It's extremely quiet, can't hear it at all, and has 3 settings. The reviews on this were better than all the others that I read & it's really affordable. We are buying distilled water to use in it, to prevent any gunky build up from happening & to invest in the longevity of the product. You can use essential oils from what I've read, but honestly I'm just excited with how well it works without all the extras! It's super accessible too so it'll be a breeze to clean once the time comes!

We use this in the bedroom. It has been excellent so far (3 months use). It really is quiet yet puts out a good amount of Mist. Easy to use and turns off automatically when empty.The only thing preventing me from doing 5 stars is it's a little messy to fill. When you take the tank off to fill it, it drips water everywhere. Because it sits in the base, which always has water in it the tank is always dripping wet- I can understand that, but if I try to tip the water tank to minimize dripping, the water fill flap drips water as well.Its just water, and we're very pleased with the unit, so we accept this small situation.

It seems I replace humidifiers every year because they're hard to clean or the next season filters are impossible to find. Even more, they are a pain to fill throughout the winter so sometimes they sit empty.I ordered this one for my bedroom. I looked at several before the top fill feature, coupled with good reviews sold me. I LOVE the top fill feature. I fill a gallon jug from the tap and fill the humidifier. Super easy. Once a week I wipe it all down and start over. It runs almost non stop because it's so easy to fill.NO FILTERS!! WOOHOO! They never fit right, get moldy and gross and I HATE the models that usethem. So glad to see manufacturers have realized we don't want them.My take, a good buy. Does what its suppose to. Quiet. No filters to buy. Easy to clean.Will buy another when my others die....or are killed. :-)

Love this humidifier. I’ve had some in the past that leak and ruin things. This one puts out so much mist and doesn’t leak. I’ve been using it constantly for about a week and have had no problems.I do really like the LED-lit water level window. They are nearly silent. We don’t hear them running at all. No leaks and the directional guide let us set them to blow away from walls and furniture.Overall, I am very happy with these. Quality was consistent across. They work. They fixed our humidity issue, and life is much better when you don’t want to claw the skin-off your every day from dry air.

I like this humidifier so much I bought 3 to replace other smaller humidifiers that I had. I have one in each bedroom and one in the living room. The tank is so big, when filled it lasts all day on the lowest or middle setting. I like that you can change the direction of the mist. It does not leak. It's convenient to fill the tank from the top, instead of normal humidifiers having to take the tank apart to fill. I just found out about the sleep mode after purchasing my 3rd one and I love that it turns off the light. Definitely recommend this cool mist humidifier.

I’ve only had this humidifier for a couple of days but I love it so far! It’s beyond quiet. Silent is more like it. It’s very effective. I noticed within an hour of use the room had more moisture and my sinuses felt so much better. The mist is so fine it goes right into the air. The moisture doesn’t accumulate onto the carpet or on the furniture. I’m using essential oils in it and it leaves a very subtle smell, not overpowering. I’ll try to give an update on how it is to clean it. Overall I’m very happy with this humidifier!

I’m buying a 2nd one because I love my first one so much! It’s easy to use and you pour water in from the top, that’s what I like so much.Side note for ALL HUMIDIFIERS: You need to clean them regularly, like all brands of humidifiers not just this one I’m reviewing. They get mineral build up and scummy when you use your own faucet water instead of distilled. But that’s on you the user, if you used distilled water it won’t leave that white residue ppl always complain about seeing and the inner build up of scum. That’s from using your tap water. Don’t be lazy, clean the machines 1-2 x a month at least! Try for weekly, but it’s ok if you can only get around to doing it once a month!Take care of the machine that is taking care of your home!!
