It works as far as giving you energy but the taste isn't that good. I just chug it down and do my workout.

I decided to try Hydrant raspberry lemonade as it’s been very hot & dry where I live, with another heat wave this weekend, so I knew I needed some additional electrolytes. Hydrant has added caffeine as well, which is a nice pick me up for that midday slump. These are easy enough to leave a few hanging around in my purse, at home, in my car and in my office so I’m never without. The raspberry lemonade has a slightly sweet taste, and brings me back to my youth - raspberry lemonade was my go-to drink as a kid.

I love the original hydrant especially the Fruit Punch Flavor, so I was excited to try a caffeinated version.I am disappointed to report that this one is not good. It tastes very artificial and I have a hard time believing there is not artificial sweeteners in it because it sure tastes like it. It makes me feel sick- giving me a headache and stomachache. Go buy the original version instead.

It gives me the energy I need to start my day with no jitters. Dissolves easy, I mix it in a sugar free lemonade flavored water and I absolutely love the taste. Highly recommend!

I usually power through the flavor of hydration/energy packet mixtures, but this one is the worst I've tried. I thought maybe with the good reviews and the cheap price that I was getting a deal, but I'd rather spend the extra money on a different brand that has better flavor. This was disappointing. The caffeine is nice and definitely works, but I can't get myself to drink these. The caffeine is not enough to consider this a "traditional" punch of preworkout, it's more equivalent to a cup of coffee. Probably won't buy again.

No added junk but has 100mg of caffeine! Great for afternoon pick me up, or to replace my morning coffee!

I was very excited to try this product as I do hot yoga and other sauna workouts. The first time I made it in 8oz of water it tasted like salty lemon water. I tried adding a second packet to see if that helped the flavor, but it just tasted saltier. I think if you are very dehydrated it may help from a nutritional standpoint, but I would have to drink it as a shot which defeats the purpose.
