Cheap cheap cheap
This holster doesn’t fit right at all. Once you can finally get your FN 5.7 into it, it’s extremely hard to get it back out. Also it scratched the top of my slide pretty good. And Yes I did use the adjustable screw on the side... took it all the way out.Hot trash out of 5 stars 👍🏼

One star out of the bag. 4+ stars if you make it work for you
30+ years with a large California Law Enforcement operation. SWAT, Gang Enforcement, Training Division, POST Certified Firearms Instructor, I could go on. This holster is horrible out of the bag. If you want this holster to fit your needs, then you will have to make it fit your needs. As delivered, my FOBUS FN57 holster pinched the business end of the weapon to provide a tight fit; causing, potentially, the slide to do what slides do – move into cocking position. #1: Place your thumb over the rear of the slide while holstering the weapon. #2: Do not use this holster unless you have several minutes to figure out how to safely remove the weapon. It’s really tight. Too tight.Reviewer dated 10/27/15 tells me he spent 45 minutes with his Dremel to remove some plastic holster material. SO, having a Dremel, I spent 45+ minutes removing material from my new holster. Working on the business end only. I used a metal cutting mandrel and a fine metal file to finish it off. I may have removed 1/32 of material, maybe a bit more. Still firm, not loose, very secure, and when I grab my weapon, it breaks without causing me concern. That’s what you want when you need to break the holster quickly. No concern.Reviewer dated 11/30/14 suggested “… A little dab of white Lithium, and zip.” I think that’s a bad idea.

BOUGHT THIS FOR MY RUGER 57
I JUST RECEIVED ONE OF THESE FROM AMAZON ON 12/20/20 AND IT WAS SO TIGHT ON MY RUGER 57 THAT I HAD A HARD TIME GETTING MY GUN TO PULL OUT. . . I SOLVED THE PROBLEM BY USING A THIN SAW AND SLIT THE SPLIT AREA ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM. I REPLACED THE SUPPORT SCREW AND POLISHED THE ROUGH PLASTIC EDGES WITH A FINGERNAIL EMERY BOARD. I THEN WIPED THE WHOLE INSIDE WITH A CLOTH SOAKED WITH WD-40. (DON'T FORGET TO ALWAYS SHAKE WELL. YOUR CAN OF WD-40) MY RUGER 57 SLIDES EASY AS PIE. I THINK I'M GOING TO LIKE THIS ONE.. Very tight fit in FN57
I had to double shim the adjustment screw to fit my firearm correctly but after that it's fine.
