Just like our Traditional recipe, the New Sweet Cognac is for discerning tastes that demand mild, but flavorful barbecue. The Original Sauce recipe was carefully modified by replacing hot peppers and spice with sweet, tangy oranges; fresh ginger and smooth, aromatic cognac. Delicious on fish and lighter meats, Sweet Cognac also makes a great marinade and shrimp cocktail sauce.
