If you use spinners as much as I like too then you'll love these little guys. They give you comfort through out the hours of fishing! Also like how you can choose different colors if you want to match your rod and reel!

I really like adding reel grips to my spinning and casting equipment. The improve grip and reduce finger fatigue from long days on the water. They are especially nice on my cranking setups.These particular grips are a good value and fit a variety of handles. They are easy to get on. And they don’t slide around. They are not quite the quality of the Winn grips. But at half the price, they are economical and do a good job. The only criticism I have is that in temps below 50 degrees (F), they do become hard. And the ribs are a little uncomfortable against finger tips.

Can't have a reel without these trusty grips. These are the best way to help your comfort reeling in fish without breaking the bank. The colors are awesome and I've had them for a year without the color fading. I hope you see this review and mark helpful

They are silicone so yea they definitely are as effective and lose all grip when wet or when you have fish slime on fingers. Not bad when dry but seeing as wet hands are an inevitability when fishing these are not great. Too lazy to send em back but will not be using em. I bought them for my Lews Custom Inshore and it came with round knobs which is a terrible design and every time you hit grass or anything with your lure the resistance tries to stop the handle causing the round knobs to rotate and your hand slips off. Same thing happens when you get a bite so terrible design. Called lews and they sent out the flat paddle knobs which I like much better but they don’t look as good because the color kinda clashed seeing as they were not made for the reel so figured the grip covers would help with grip and also make the reels overall look better. Definitely helped the looks of the reel but the slippery silicone wasn’t worth the aesthetics upgrade. Functionality being more important the grips came off after the first days use.

I use these on my Abu Garcia pro rockets, c4s, and c3s. Catfishing can be messy and slimy sometimes but I never lose grip with these on even in the rain with catfish slime on my hands.
