This mug is huge and invariably by the time I finish a hot coffee I am drinking lukewarm coffee, even if I preheat the mug with boiling water. It does not seem to hold heat well and because it takes longer that 5 or 10 minutes for me to finish 16oz of coffee it gets cold before I finish. Nice mug, well made, attractive, just impractical, at least for me. If you drink your coffee very quickly or you don't want it blazing hot then this might be the giant mug for you.

Absolutely love these mugs! It’s awesome they come as a set of two as well. First off the seller packaged these really well so they wouldn’t break in transit. These are very thick sturdy mugs too and keeps my coffee nice and hot. I was able to fit two cups of coffee in one mug as well. I also didn’t run into any issues with the handle getting hot like others have said. The mug itself does get hot after putting my coffee in it but the handle of the mug does not. This also held up great in our dishwasher on the top rack too.

These mugs are beautiful, sturdy and exactly what I had hoped for! I had read several reviews prior to buying them and was conflicted due to some customers felt like they were too heavy. Quite honestly, I don’t even notice that at all. It could be because I already have 2 white mugs (made by another company and purchased through Amazon) of the same size so I’m used to the weight. These mugs are thicker than my previous ones and the handle is more ergonomic and I love the color! We’ve been using them for about a month now and as you can see, there are no chips. Yes, we put them in the dishwasher and the microwave for a brief heat up if needed. The handle does not get hot when microwaved up to 2 mins (I haven’t tried more than that). I especially like that there is very little dribbling, if any, down the side of the mug after I take a sip of my morning brew. The company did a great job in the overall design for beauty, durability and ergonomic comfort! I would highly recommend these mugs and would definitely purchase them again!

I searched online a lot for tall mugs for hot drinks; I prefer taller ones for hot chocolate, tea, etc. These fit the bill. They are nice & tall, w/appropriately sized handles for holding their heavier weight, since they are bigger than regular size mugs. They look very nice-a standard Christmas red. They look like they are quality made and pretty. I definitely recommend this product--if you like tall, red mugs.

These are exactly what I was looking for. The handles are on the bigger side which makes it easier for people with bigger hands and fingers to comfortably grab the cup. Very sturdy, well made and an awesome coffee mug.

Although there are no markings of any kind on the bottom of these I would buy them again. They are easy to hold, microwave and put through the dishwasher. I would definitely buy them again.

These mugs transfer the heat of the contents so that they will burn any part of your hand that touches the actual mug. Aside from the handle, the mug is too hot to touch when filled with coffee. That’s an issue because the mug is large and too heavy to hold only by the handle when full. They do not appear to be microwaveable. The mug itself gets hot in the microwave, which is a sign that it is not microwave safe.

I really like them. I could not find any made in the USA. I really like them because they actually do hold more tea than the smaller cups. They also clean up easily.

One thing I was not happy with is they're not like a normal cup? You put coffee in and you can't even hold the cup as it is literally burning your hands. My other cups aren't that bad
