This belt is high quality and exceeds something you might find in the box store. While this can be used for exercise, I am going to use this often to help with posture to prevent hunching over my computer screen. There are multiple rows of clasps to size down as you are successful with your diet an exercise. It is also a longer belt which i find important to keep it from rolling down and bunching up. I also like that there are many clasps in each vertical column of clasps--again, this is a design element that is better than a zip. Finally, the added Velcro wrap helps with overall support and will keep the belt from bunching or being looser as well as I think helps with posture.As for sizing, it was a bit smaller than expected but fits. I was at the high end of the size range and it was tight. Given the many rows of clasps, one might consider a size higher and use on of the inner columns of clasps. The distance between the first, outer column and the last inner column is about two inches. Of course, if you are actively in an exercise routine, then this should help you with your goals. You will use this belt many times.Best features --- many clasps, adjustable, and second velcro belt.

Love it. High quality. Fits great, you can adjust the level of tightness and comfort. I'm 6ft. 220. I got the 2xl. Covers every piece of flesh that needs to be covered. Tighter for workouts looser for daily activities. When i reach my goal of 195 I believe I will still be able to wear it for matainence purposes to stay fit and for back protection when lifting. If I go under that weight I will be glad to buy a smaller one. Sanitize this one and pass it on to a family member.

I had surgery and was not able to lift much and had to wear a waist support belt. The one from Surgery Center was not a good one so I ordered this one to help with support. I LOVE IT. I have used for a week now and it has performed very well so far.Only CON I have is all the hooks you have to 'hook up' to secure it. It is hard to get them lined up and tightened until you learn how to do it. (Don't start at top or bottom..I start around # 4 down and it seems to work better to get them lined up and fastened).I would buy it again and the company delivered on time.
