These pencils are half the price of the rainbow pencils I usually buy-- five instead of seven colors but no one at the party who received them in their favor bag seemed to realize it wasn't seven colors but me! I love the seven color pencils but the pigment and feel of these is comparable so they work, as well.

as an author, most days I am scribbling on something. Either writing down ideas, quotes... just always writing! These pencils are FUN! I love the mystery of it never knowing for sure what color I will get at each move of the pencil. I always use these and my palomino blackwing 602's. Buy it, it will brighten your page :)

I love these rainbow pencils and they are wonderful for drawing when a mechanical or graphite pencil is not ideal. However they did come well packaged in a box, then wrapped in a poly mailer but all the tips had been broken off and there were pieces everywhere in the shipping packaging. It's inconvenient but they can be sharpened. I do not know if they will continue to break easily upon use or if this was just due to being mistreated during shipping. The good news was that none of the actual pencils broke so they have to be sharpened but it's a minor inconvenience.

I bought these to add some random color to sketches and they didn’t disappoint. The core is pretty sturdy and I haven’t had any trouble with the tips breaking. The pencils hold their points pretty well too.

These are by far my favorite pencils. With a twist they let a little chaos in your drawings. Very fun for my students to use when they learn cross hatching.

They are fun and of very high quality.The lead is dark blue, red and yellow, and when writing, greens and oranges are also evident.The lead is super soft and never cracks.Nice for simple but original presents. I just really really love them.

Pencils are wonderful, smooth and buttery. Packaging was terrible. All but 2 ended up loose in the mailer, and all had broken tips. Box itself was crushed. Disappointed In the shipper... Not the product itself.
