For the lids to be tightened before you ship it
When I receive my shipment test now for the Ajax dish detergent the lids were very very loose and the box was so slimy from the dishwashing detergent I could barely get it out the box my hands were all slippery the two boxes were full of soap and hard to handle I ended up taking the dish soap one at a time and rinse off the bottles and tighten the lids that were on the bottles that made a mess I rinsed off and cleaned off all the bottles tighten the lids and everything's fine no the shipping itself was A1 this was the factory's mistake that the lids were not tightened on their tight so the bottles would not leak during shipment I do like the smell of the dishwashing detergent that I purchased it smells so nice and clean too bad the Lids were not put on tight enough by the factory

No complaints about product used them before BUT it's how Amazon delivered them is the problem definitely whoever delivered them don't care what they deliver ing handled it so bad tht I found 2 of them broken and licking.
