Wish it had markings on reservoir for mixing soap and water.

I bought 3 of these and love them but like other people here, my unit would not recharge. I figured out that the cable tip was not making good contact with the port inside the unit. I tried every USB cord I could find in the house and finally, one made contact and recharged perfectly. I subsequently searched for a USB cord on Amazon with an EXTRA LONG TIP and found one and bought two so I could keep a cable with each unit. The one I found here was Proxicast. They worked perfectly for me in these Secura soap dispensers. I am not happy I had to buy a better cord than the one supplied but I am glad to be able to keep using them.

Bought it in 09/2022 and died 5 months later. I contacted the manufacturer but so far, no reply. This product has a 2-year warranty. I'll update the review if and when the manufacturer replies to my email.Update: 02/23... I got a new one sent by the seller, Hopefully, this one last

This is the best foam dispenser I’ve had. I have one of these in kitchen and have had for a couple years now just bought one for bathroom. I’ve had others and if a problem the company is very willing to replace with a new one

Of the many rechargeable foaming hand soap dispensers I've purchased for myself and as gifts for others since the onset of the COVID pandemic, this is the only one that works well and has lasted. I use it all the time in my kitchen. It holds a charge for a long time. It has 3 different volume selections. It isn't noisy. I think it has all the qualities that the others should have, but don't. It looks nice and is balanced and doesn't fall over. Others barely last 3 months, if that long. Just follow the instructions and keep it clean. This one is a pleasure to use and holds a lot of soap.

This is a very nice foaming soap dispenser. I like that it's rechargeable and has three different settings for how much soap is dispensed. Unfortunately, my dispenser stopped working after about 8 months. But it has a 2 year warranty, so I contacted the company. They replied within an hour and shipped me a new dispenser the same day! And I didn't have to bother returning the old one. Now that's great customer service!

Have only had the item a week, but so far operates nicely.Good flow and easy to adjust the amount being dispersed.Don't like having to store the recharger cord seperately (feel I will misplace it, the company should redesign that), I would prefer it had a spot to coil it and keep with the dispenser.The button is on top and when people first use it, they press the button and that changes the flow setting. (The company should redesign that.)The look reminds me of a water cooler. Not very cute, if get another will choose one better looking.Used antibacterial soap, and stayed away from soap with lotion texture. Did water 4 : 1 soap ratio and works well.*Update, still working after several months, other brands I've tried wore out after a couple months.

Unit works well and will save soap. Looks great in the bathroom.

I have been using Simple Human for years. This is better in every respect. Easy to fill. Better and more consistent foam quality even with a homemade mixture which is much cheaper and easy to make. The Secura dispenser even provides the recipe. It is 1 part gel soap to 4 parts water - shaken, not stirred. :-)The biggest plus is that it costs less than 1/2.

I have bought quite a few of these and was initially impressed by them. We have none of them left working because the batteries die in them. The first one that failed was the latest one purchased, so I don't know what they've done, but the design life is rubbish. Save your money and buy something with replaceable batteries.

Much too finicky , and needlessly complicated.I got frustrated with it passed it to my daughter she tried it and after a very short time said No Thanks !

I tried many other GEL dispensers and this is the only one that worked and actually lasted for more than a few months now. So far so good.
