Good composition but Vegetable presoaked in salt.
Bitter gourd pieces are too salty and painful to consume. Or otherwise the pickle is good.

The pickle is quite good, but NO preservative added!
I was surprised after a few days that the pickle bottle got a whole layer of fungus. All MN pickles have this issue, which can be easily corrected, I think.Taste wise, the pickle is great!
