Love but $$
Love this stuff for my classroom but it's expensive seeing how much it seems to take to fill a sensory table 1/2 way and that so much of it hits the floor and then the trash!

Messy but fun
This gets everywhere with my son playing in it. I hide different color toys of his in the bin and he like finding them and we say the colors, etc. I just use my small vacuum with a set a side bag just for this, and I suck them all up with the vacuum, and pour them back into the bin. Easy! :)

Zero Stars if possible....
Today I would like to take the time to share my thoughts on Kidfetti...or as I call it, The Worst Gift that Keeps On Giving. I received a bag of Kidfetti from my mother and at first I was thrilled (though not really sure why). It seemed like a great idea, I mean, what parent doesn't get annoyed by sand being drug in the house by their excited toddlers who decide to build a castle in their closet? Not me! I filled my son's sandbox with this "non-toxicalternative" and let the "fun" begin! Or not..Let me tell you, this stuff is a nightmare no matter where or how you decide to navigate it. Outdoors it becomes plastic, non-biodegradable gravel all up in your grass or on your deck. I'm not typically a mom that says this but, come on, it's bad for the environment to be releasing thousands of plastic pellets into the yard that closely resembles birdseed.Ok, so lets move it indoors! I decided on the cement, unfinished, portion of our basement. The idea was with any spilling, its easy to sweep up and problem solved! That would be the case if it weren't for the fact this stuff loves to wedge in the cracks of shoes and then gets tracked everywhere. Bare feet is even worse. It sticks to the bottom of your feet, again, like toxic gravel and gets tracked everywhere. It hurts like crazy when you accidentally step on just one of these camouflaged beads, trust me.So here is the obvious: you can't build anything with it so kids get bored REAL quickly and look for new, innovative ways to disperse their Kidfetti as that's about the only thing you CAN do with it. With joy they will squeal as victims step on their floor creations. There will be hours upon hours of delight sweeping this stuff off the floor. And you will NEVER get all of it. Never. The package itself explains a lot...it requires constant supervision or it may, in fact, kill your child. Awesome.Long story short, sand in the closet is looking pretty sweet at this point...

This is a fun alternative to real sand
This is a fun alternative to real sand. Works great for the grandkids in an indoor sandbox for their matchbox size bulldozers, end loaders, and construction vehicles. I wish it was a little less expensive, I would have bought more.

Four Stars
It's fun and safe but it's not like real sand

My preschoolers love these! Great to use for a construction thematic unit...add some little construction trucks to your sand table as well. And if these end up on the floor, just sweep them up, CLEAN, DRY, and reuse.

Pretty cool stuff
Pretty cool stuff. It certainly does not replace sand but it is a very good medium for providing another sensory experience for kids and adults who need it.
