Not really a woman's hat!
This hat is the same cut and size as a man's hat, but with a women's label slapped on it. I've measured all of the hats in our house (many many hats...) and the men's hats are 6.5" from the crown to the ear. The women's hats measure 6" from crown to ear. This particular hat measures 6.5" from crown to ear...same as a man's hat. If you have a larger head or don't mind your ears getting pushed down airplane wing style, this hat may work for you. Otherwise, don't waste your money on yet another hat that is NOT made for a woman's head. 47 Brand gets a big fat F on the design of this hat. Sending this one back.

Even though this is a "woman's" hat I bought it for myself- a guy with a not so small noggin and it fits great. Also like the unstructured top (soft) not hard and sticking up in the air.

I bought this item for my wife to wear to my son's baseball game. Yep, he's on the "Pirates" this year. She really liked how it fit and the slightly distressed look of the hat. We started a trend and now have several parents who have ordered Pirate hats to wear to little league baseball games.
