Works for what I need it for.
While I do not have jewelry to carry, I do have various Scout awards, pins, and insignia with which I have to travel. This holder works well for me.

This is a very nicely compacted jewelry travel case. It holds a lot of pieces and doesn’t take up too much space in your carryon

Utilitarian, Not Luxurious
This Abdodar Luxury Travel Jewelry Organizer Roll is a good way to store your jewelry at home, or for taking along on a trip. The outer cover is not impressive. It's a nylon that puckers at its pointed envelope-style closure. The outer closure has an invisible, goldtone magnetic snap and the inner zippers and snaps are also goldtone. The interior looks like the texture of satin grosgrain ribbon. There is one zippered compartment that has about 1/2" ease for putting bulkier items into the compartment with ease. The other zippered compartment is see-through plastic and is divided in half by stitching. There is absolutely no 'give' for bulkier items in these two pockets. The only drawback is that both must be unzipped to access the second pocket. There is room for 12 pairs of pierced earrings--provided that you aren't carrying large ones. Large studs/small hoops are what they appear to be intended to hold. The ring holders can amply take at least four to eight rings. There is one zippered pocket running the full width of the case. It could contain larger earrings, or small bracelets or a watch or two. If you tend to wear outsized items, it won't accommodate everything. On the opposite side of the jewelry case there is room for necklaces. The nice things about it is that four necklaces' chains can be held in one of each of the four snap closures. That will securely hold the chains without getting caught and tangled together. The space for their pendants is divided into two narrow pockets and one that is double their size, for carrying a much wider pendant.Once the outer snap is closed, there is a leeway of about 2.5", allowing for bulkiness of the case's contents.I recently ordered another manufacturer's jewelry roll that is essentially the same--size, compartments, color, etc. Its outer quilted cover and sueded interior are superior to this one and has a luxurious feel to it. While this will certainly do, there are others that are more appealing.

Good looking and does the job!
I needed a way to organize and store a few pieces of jewelry in my small safe because the jewelry box I had was just taking too much space. This envelope does the trick nicely. It’s compact and has several different ways to secure rings, earrings, chains, etc. As another reviewer has mentioned, it is utilitarian, not “luxurious,” but I found the quality appropriate for $18. I think it looks pretty smart! 4/5 stars.
