Broken on delivery
I purchased two of the jugs. On arrival one is chipped and unusable (was broken before sending as no chips in the covering bubble wrap) so I started the process to return the broken jug only to find out I have to return it to a UPS point (my closest one is an hour round trip) or pay to return it. Very unimpressed with this. Basically sending out broken goods and avoiding refunding by only offering one restricted free return option.
