is this warranty?

I prefer buying a whole piece of ribs and cut through bones into short ribs. Is this the right cleaver to do the job ? Is the blade fragile?

Is this particular model the heaviest of the brand? I saw in one of the pictures the spine of the blade is 3.5mm but the specs on this page say 3.2mm.

I bought this Zhen clever about a year ago. The blade edge broke a chunk out using the clever chopping some meat. Is there any warranty or replacement
