This patch is just incredible. I was recommended by one of my friends to buy these patches for my mom. She has arthritis on her legs and other parts sometimes. Since she uses this one, she said she doesn't need to see the doctor again. I don't really believe until I'got a low back pain last week from working out (CrossFit). I couldn't move my body sadly, so I bought this one again and tried it for the first time. And my back pain is disappearing now. I feel good and I can move my body flexible now. These patches are so much better than the popular ones in a drugstore. They adhere better. Deliver more relief. Effectiveness lasts longer. So glad they are available on Amazon!

LOVE LOVE LOVE these patches. If you have muscle that tends to get tight on you with work, put one of these on before you start your work and guarantee it will be much looser and less pain than without. Also great for those tired backs after a long day. Word of caution - don't put on the back of your neck and then go to bed. I woke chilled to the bone from the cooling effect that happens after the heat.

I started using these patches at the recommendation of of my acupuncturist. They help relieve pain in my upper back so I will keep using them. Also, I trust the ingredients. The only down side--and the reason for a 4-star review instead of a 5-star--is that the patches are drying out my skin and causing some breakouts.

LOVE These! I’m a massage therapist and was introduced to these by my acupuncturist/coworker. So glad she put me on to these beauts.I’ve used them on myself at work and at home. Worn them during sleep and during the day.One patch goes a long way.I’ve cut them into strips and different shapes for certain applications.Staying power is awesome but they aren’t painful to peel off if you gently hold the skin against the resistance. No “rippage” for me and I can be a bit of a wimp even with bandaids. Great to find something that holds place and comes off gently.I’ve recommended to clients, and family.My grandfather (93, uses on low back and hips) has been loving them and has asked for more in past weeks. Glad he finds comfort with these.It takes about 20/30 minutes for activation in my experience but worth it and long lasting.Very palatable heat and seems to penetrate deeply.I will continue to recommend and use these regularly.

Amazing comfort, fast acting and relieved my tailbone pain instantly. Only thing is the smell is SO strong I can’t wear while at work without smelling like a hospital lol. So can only use at home or if I don’t care how I smell going out.

These patches last soooo much longer than any of those Salon Pas or other drugstore crap. They also don't burn the crap out of your skin. Finally, they actually work at giving you pain relief!

I have a bunch of hardware holding my spine together and am in constant pain. I use these at night because it helps relieve enough pain that i can fall asleep.
