I’m impressed, but not sold
After going back and forth on to order these or not, I did it. I’ve spent more on less before. Why not. Overall I’m indifferent. Are they bright? Yes. They’ll leave you seeing spot for a 5-10 minutes if you look at the fixture. Does it flood the area with light? Yes. Does it dissipate QUICKLY. Yes. Under the light. It’s great. Move 5 feet from the light, not so great. 1 installed 1 LED, and 1 new dual T5 fluorescent fixture. The pictures are deceiving. As I said, the light dissipates quick. So as the LED puts out MORE light, a lot of it is dim and unusable, and it makes shadows. Adding the second light will surely help, but for my 25x20 garage, i honestly need 4 of these LEDS to get what I would consider “workable” light. And at that, I still don’t know if I’d want them. As I said, if you look at the light, you’re blinded. It’s been 10 minutes since I took the pictures above and I’m still seeing spots typing this, from setting the ladder up and un screwing the LED. I think I’d prefer hanging 6 fluorescent fixtures with T5/T8’s rather than hang 4 of these. You just have to see the light to understand. It’s like hanging the biggest baddest flash light ever from the ceiling, vs one conventional light bulb... these are like spot lights pointing straight down. HOWEVER. For what these lights are? They’re good. For the price? They’re good. Am I let down or disappointed? I’m not sure. I had to convince myself to buy a 2 pack, now I’m trying to convince myself to buy another 2 pack to see the results of 4, or wondering if I should just go fluorescent. So as I’m impressed, I’m not sold. What’s easier? Hung a box, ran 2 wires into a bulb socket, screwed the socket to the box, then screwed the light in. VS, run 2 nails through an outlet box, wire an outlet, then screw 2 clips into the stud, and hang the fluorescent and plug it in. Both are 5 minute projects.

Bright and dependable so far
These are very bright lights and of reasonable quality for the price.I received my first two and one out of the two had a leaf that would not illuminate no matter what was tried. I contacted the seller, provided photos, and within 3 days, I received 2 additional brand new lights. This seller went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and care. I have not tried the two new lights, nor have I have had the opportunity to test the longevity or life of them, but my initial review will stand as positive.

Junk - with no warranty
I really loved these lights for their brightness and the adjustable directionality. That is, until they stopped working. The first light lost a panel less than three months after purchase. It now has three panels out after 3.5 months. The second light followed suit two weeks later. It now has two panels out.Note these lights do not have the motion detection circuit and are installed in my unheated garage, so they have gotten relatively little use.I contacted the seller asking for a replacement under warranty after the first light failed. They responded and asked for a picture of the defective light, which I provided. They replied that they couldn't send me a single light because they were sold in pairs but instead offered to refund half my purchase price. I accepted but never heard from them again. They no longer respond to my e-mails. My conclusion is that these lights are just more Chinese crap without anything warranty-wise behind them. This is too bad. I was considering up-grading to the new 300W version, but no way now. I just hope that other similar lights are not actually equipped with the same electronics and LEDs from the same manufacturer. All this Chinese stuff is just a crap-shoot. I've purchase other, lower wattage lights that are still working fine, but I need more lumens.

God's Closet Light.
Ok.. One really can't pass off a 160 watt light fixture assembly as an energy saver.Few people invest more than a 60W or 75W bulb up there in the middle of the garage. They last a few months, then you learn to live with darkness. This critter, banishes darkness. You may need sunglasses.Should come with a warning to not look directly at the panels. Some advantages:These things last much longer than incandescents, fluorescents, compact fluorescents. They don't mind the cold.No fluorescent starter issues. No dampness, moisture issues.Incandescent bulbs send off waste heat. This is useful, if you want to slow down pipes/pumps from freezing. You can't count on that as much with these critters.More energy goes in to making light than heat. They still have some waste heat - probably not enough to be of much help. But, you can expect to have an extremely well illuminated burst pipe.I haven't had them long enough to determine life span or durability. They seem like a much better technological advancement than the compact fluorescents.Very white - Very bright.
