I received the impression kit quickly from Amazon. It included 3 sizes of trays and 2 sets of blue and white putty along with detailed instructions. The company also provides information on its website to explain the process of making the impression. After preparing the impression, I returned it to the company in a mailer they provided and in less than 2 weeks received a new night guard that fits perfectly. It's flexible while still providing ample protection. I can't assess durability yet, but it seems like a reasonably priced investment to protect those very expensive crowns.

I couldn't make a good impression in the first package, so the seller sent me another package for free. I have just received the final product today, and my night guard fits perfectly! I am very happy with the quality, the reasonable price, AND good customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have using Sentinel bite guards for years. Early on after I found I needed a bite gaurd due to grinding I bought them from my dentist at a quite high price and no insurance coverage. I came across Sentinel and tried them and the product is the same at 30% the cost. It is easy to reorder more. For sure give them a try.

We just received my husband’s new mouthguard. It is perfect! It’s soft, thick and it is for the upper teeth for nighttime teeth grinding. The kit arrived quickly and the turnaround time was quick too! I’m so impressed because I’ve used many mouthguard companies from Amazon and this one has been the best. We had a dog for many years and we travel a LOT so we lose them and our dog especially liked to chew them up.I recommend this company.

This mouth guard is great. Easy to create your mouth impression and ship back in a pre paid bubble envelope. My mouth guard fits like a glove. Extremely happy with it and an added bonus is it cost about $500 less than getting one from my dentist

The customer service at Sentinel has been the best I can remember in a very long time. I ordered this because the dentist prices seem like extortion, but honestly didn’t have high hopes and figured I would end up needing a payment plan for the dentist version. The mold kit arrived quickly, and it was easy to create. They provide a return shipping label, so you just drop it back in your mailbox and await the arrival of a guard. I used some of the thickest material for my first guard because I’m an aggressive grinder. But it turned out to be massively uncomfortable for me and caused me to bite the insides of my cheeks all night long leaving marks running along my bite line. I would end up removing it in my sleep before waking up due to discomfort. Sentinel kindly remade the guard using the guard on file with much thinner material and it was significantly better. Unfortunately, within weeks I gnawed a hole in it. I emailed them right away and they offered to remake again with slightly thicker (albeit not as thick as the first uncomfortable one). I haven’t received the third iteration yet, but I’m hopefully that it will be the perfect blend of comfort and durability. Highly recommend giving them a try before dishing out a ton of cash at the dentist.
