When I opened this up, there was a paper stating this product should not be put in the microwave. It said "microwaving will cause product to ignite. For cooling only."I bought this for a heating pad, so this is of no use to me.The labels on the pads still say they can be microwaved. The Amazon add states it can be microwaved. The enclosed sticker states it cannot.

Advertising states item can be heated in microwave to use as heating pad. Info included with item states do NOT use in micro wave because it will catch on fire.

I have ordered this more than once. Twice for our household (everyone fights over them) and other times for gift giving! We even heat them on cold night and throw them into the bed to warm it up before we get in!

I have had this type herbal heating pads before. These seem cheaply made and can only be heated for a minute. These do not hold the heat long either.

This heating pack bundle is the BEST! I use the eye mask and shoulder pad almost every night because it puts me right to sleep. It’s so relaxing! I have also used the back pad frequently and it’s helped so much when I have an ache. It’s truly an amazing set and I’ll be purchasing more as Christmas gifts this year!

My wife loves it. Therefore I love it.She had one years ago and (one of the items burned in the microwave so be careful) she was excited to get it. Seriously my wife is difficult to shop for. I won with this one.

I’m very happy with this set. I love the lavender scent. It adds to the soothing comfort of the cold therapy. I haven’t tried using as a heat therapy yet. I love that it has some weight to it. Feels wonderful on my neck & shoulders after a long day.

A nice selection of products, very versatile. Heat pack for back pain would be improved with a Velcro closure, waist belt is clumsy as it connects at the hip instead of in front.
