Hults Bruk28" Agdor Montreal Felling Axe with Sheath, Made in Sweden

I now have the 15" camp axe and the 20" carpenter's axe from Husqvarna (fantastic value) and this Huts Bruk 28" felling axe as the equivalent Husky is MIA. The perfect trio.The Agdor is beautifully made and sharp as a razor from the factory. Fit and finish are superb. The weight and balance are perfect for light/medium duty work, as I guess you need somewhere in the region of 4 pounds for the heavy/pro stuff.This week I tried it out. WOW. This axe turns you into a mythical wood chopping hero! It's perfect for the old and unfit like me (62 years old), as its weight allows for some impressive swings (at least a few before collapsing from exhaustion, haha)Very happy.

I only gave 2 stars for lightweight because this axe is not meant to be lightweight. Beautifully crafted and well balanced, the blade is not too thick, so it won’t split the boards. It came with a leather sheath to protect the blade edge. Very well made.

It is not aligned correctly

This is an excellent all-around ax. It's not too heavy to carry but it has enough heft to do anything you needed to do.

Quality craftsmanship. Incredibly sharp.

As a professional axe thrower this is an amazing axe. it has been beat up and thrown so much and is still in amazing condition. This axe is a beast and has amazing balance when throwing so chopping wood would be a breeze.
