I have an older pair of hiking boots that I was about to toss because they made my feet hurt on long walks. As a last resort, I tried these insoles and I now have boots I can walk in all day long and my feet feel great. This insole has given me 4 more years use out of these boots. They do take up some room in your shoe, so if you don’t have laces to loosen up, they might not work, but the potential comfort, it still might be worth trying.

They are not hard support. They are soft. However, I am going to be honest. Smells don't bother me. But I will say this, they have a strong odor that is difficult to get rid of. I aired out for 3 days and sprayed with lysol. Smell is still there. I haven't tried washing them yet. I am unsure of it they can handle the washing machine, so I didn't. If you can get past the smell (which I did bc my feet was hurting), they work wonderful for arch support....If you don't like the hard arch support insoles, like me. They work better in my hokas, even brooks (not all models). But not in any of my nikes. They were too thick. I may give invicible 3 another shot with these in them. Because they had heel slip and this may stop it, who knows. I brought four more and probably a few more bc they good in my crocs too. BEWARE OF SIZE: I am 9 but wear 9 1/2 in running sneakers. The w 7-11 perfectly fit my us women 9 1/2 sneakers without cutting. So If your feet is bigger than that then get the next size up. The is reason for 4 stars- smell & size

Product arrived quickly. However, after just a few hours not just my feet were hurting, but my legs too…

I recently purchased a pair of shoe inserts and they have completely changed the way I walk! These inserts are fantastic and I would give them 5 stars without hesitation.I had tried two other pairs of shoes, but none of them seemed to work quite as well as these do in my sneakers. The first pair of shoes I tried were uncomfortable and didn't provide enough arch support, leaving me with sore feet and ankles after just a few hours of wearing them. The second pair were a bit better, but still didn't provide the level of support that I needed to feel comfortable on my feet all day long.However, once I slipped these shoe inserts into my favorite pair of sneakers, I knew I had found the perfect match. The inserts provided just the right amount of cushioning and support, and my feet felt so much better at the end of the day. I was able to walk longer distances without any discomfort or pain, and my posture even improved as a result of the added support.Overall, I'm so happy with these shoe inserts and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a comfortable and supportive option for their shoes. They truly make a world of difference, and I'm so grateful to have found them!

i've been using these daily for about 2 years. i hike about 3 miles a day. i wear expensive hiking shoes and my off trail shoes are birkenstocks. i used new balance insoles for years at my orthopedist's suggestion. they were great - but then the exact one (metatarsal support) i used became hard to fine and the price went way up. i tried a drug store brand - Dr S and it was worthless. so, i decided to give these a try. i've now purchased 7 pairs of them because i wear them in more than one pair of shoes - winter, summer waterproof, and yardwork shoes. i won't go back to those other brands.

I bought these for support and comfort in my work boots. I am standing for most of the day and these helped make my shoes a lot more comfortable, they also offer good support and have helped a lot. Highly recommend.
