This swaddling blanket is the perfect combination of size and softness and it's lightweight. We use this blanket every night to swaddle our 3 month old baby. She is one of those houdini babies, so we do use the swaddle strap (check it out) under this blanket, but since we dress her in a nightgown, then the swaddle strap, this blanket is perfect since it is lightweight. It's also plenty big (and square), which makes it much better for swaddling than regular receiving blankets. The patterns are also very cute, so it looks good in the nursery.

This blanket is amazing, we have 3 of them. I am sorry I just found them with my last child. The color pattern on the Lush Pink blanket is absolutely beautiful. It is very large and we have used it for multiple purposes. In the summer it was a wonderful blankie for baby to sleep soundly snuggled up in the warm breeze. The material is strong enough that you can use it to put baby down on the ground or on another safe surface. I put my daughter on one every time I lay her on my bed to keep her spit up/drool off of my comforter. Now that it is chillier outside we use it as a cover up for nursing or I fold it into a square to wrap around her while she's in her baby carrier for added warmth. We've even used it while laying on another blanket in the grass and held it up for the wind to gently blow ripples through it as it floats above us, my daughter finds it mesmerizing. It's our "Thneede." I fully recommend this product for every parent of an infant.

Pros: The muslin material, though delicate feeling, is very sturdy and stands up well to washing. Very soft, breathable, and plenty large enough for bundling even bigger babies. Surprisingly warm despite the thinner material, but may still be too cool if you live an area with very cold winters. It also has bundling instructions on the tag for new parents who finding bundling an awkward process.Cons: A bit pricier than comparable blankets, but I was able to snatch it up on sale!Zero complaints about the blanket itself. I would say it's worth the money, but if you can wait for a sale...buy two!

Bought for my niece’s baby shower, she loved how soft it was. The colors were just the same on the picture when I ordered it.

This swaddle is cute and overall a good swaddle. Not the softest but they work. Its got kind of a course texture but not rough.

I absolutely love this swaddle. Its very soft and stretchy and you can really get a nice tight swaddle with it. I brought it to the hospital when I delivered and everyone that saw it commented on how beautiful it was. We did not find out the gender of our baby, so I chose the SeaCrystal color which is a very pretty seafoam color and is gender neutral- its a very bright color without being the typical gender neutral forest green. When the hospital's newborn photographer came in she loved the blanket so much that she asked to use it as a backdrop in our newborn photos. I immediately purchased another SwaddleDesigns swaddle so that we would always have one available for our new baby.

This baby swaddle is soft and exactly the color of the picture. I will be using this to bring baby home so I’m excited to use it!

Very pretty! Wanted something other than pink for our soon to be born baby girl. The floral is subtle and the color is bright but not obnoxious. It is a bit stiff but that could be bc I haven't washed it yet.
