Useful, But Limited
It has been immediately useful in planning a trip to Germany, and possibly to Portugal. There are a few issues, though. First is that rivers are not well marked or identified. This can make the difference in deciding where to get off a particular train. Another is that national boundaries are only faintly marked, and that has similar consequences. And then there is the problem of multiple train stations within major cities, like London, where changing trains to reach a desired destination may also mean a trek across a city, possibly even during rush hour.Note that all of these problems are easily identified and remedied by the editors and author. It's a shame that they didn't pay attention.

very poor, a child with a crayon would have done better or a spider that had just crawled out of some ink
