Q: Looking at the behind photo of this product, I was wondering if it was just the model or does it not cover the full rear of everyone else who wears it

It covers your bottom, and doesn't show any lines. it really does slim you and make you feel better. However, I think I got a defective one bc the problems I experience is on the zipper side at the top: missing clasp to properly close it and something sharp in there that has left a scar on my side. It's so unpleasant to wear now. I had worn it probably 3 weeks when this started occuring. I loved it until this point.

Q: Am I supposed to wear this with or without underwear?

Hello Melissa,Always wear your own panties for maximum comfort and to allow you to wear sanitary pads properly. Bellefit Girdles are designed with an easy-access flap closure in the groin area. The groin closure has adjustable hooks and allows you to easily change your sanitary pads, check on your incision (for C-Section recoveries) and use the restroom without removing your girdle. For convenience, the flap closure is pulled forward between your legs towards the front of your crotch where you can hook it closed, adjust and easily unhook when needed.

Q: Can I wear this after a c-section?

I did use this one after a c-section; but they recommended using the Bellefit Postpartum Corset front closure for c-section.
