I love this blanket! It's thick, soft, warm and YES HEAVY! They are supposed to be heavy. Please Note the king sized will only go to the edges of a king sized mattress. I suggest getting the king sized for your queen mattresses. I will purchase more of this brand

This is a heavy blanket. It says acrylic but it’s 109% polyester. No matter, worth every penny. I have a queen, got a king and it’s perfect.

Does the job and not as expensive per pound as a regular weighted blanket.UPDATE: I can confirm that the weight of this blanket has not killed me or suffocated me in my sleep and is not a safety issue.

This is a beautiful, soft, comfortable and warm blanket. I just purchased another one today in purple for a birthday gift. I would highly recommend this blanket. I am very happy with the quality!!

I ordered this advertised burgundy blanket to match my sheets and curtain panels. What i got instead was a vivid, 'looks like a santa clause suit' RED colored blanket. The reverse side is a somewhat lighter shade of red and kind of spottylike, almost a red and white mix. So i called the company thinking maybe they sent the wrong color. Nope, they said they only have this color. I was asked to send pictures to show the blanket i received was not what was advertised. so i did (see customer photos). They emailed me saying that it is the same blanket - what?!?! Anyone can see there is a DRASTIC difference in color from what they advertised! So they say they will refund the cost of the blanket, but im out ALL the S&H. Which is WRONG considering this is false advertisement. So buyers BEWARE of this company!!!

UPDATE: I have to downgrade my purchase of this particular blanket to 3 stars. The description indicates that they include acrylic as did the original Solaron Korean Mink blankets we have bought and loved for years. These are just 100% polyester and made in Vietnam. Since the description said acrylic I bought 2. I will not return them because they are STILL very nice, heavy, plush blankets & better than the normal plush blankets found at retail stores in the USA. But this particular one is just average compared to other Koean mink blankets we've purchased previously. Solaron was always considered to be a superior brand before. This blanket is more what I have heard referred to as a Vietnamese style mink blanket which are slightly less soft, plush & heavy. If I were comparing them to just any plush blanket (and the description had been accurate) I still may have given them 5 stars. They are still VERY nice & would be an amazing present for a loved one that had never experienced a "Korean-style-ish" blanket (it will amaze them) or for personal daily winter use. This 3 star rating is because the description was misleading as there was is acrylic in the polyester. Tag says 100% polyester... and the quality is definitely below what we previously experienced from Solaron. I now wonder if Solaron even makes the original any longer. *sad* Even if Solaron switched to a polyester microfiber it would be a little closer to their original.--------------------------‐-----------------------PREVIOUS: I have been SEARCHING for the original version of the Solaron blanket which is Acrylic with polyester. This particular one says it's acrylic while others from the same importer now say just polyester. The 100% polyester ones are not as good as the original with acrylic. I think the 100% polyester ones are now made in Vietnam (sometimes called Vietnam style Korean Mink Blankets). They are still nicer than regular plush blankets but no where near as nice and wonderfully heavy as the original Solaron Korean Mink blankets we use to buy in Korea or directly from Korea. I'M SO HOPEFUL and EXCITED that this one says "Acrylic" that I ordered TWO of the 3 available. I will update this review when I receive my blankets. It's supposed to arrive this week so HOPEFULLY it ships soon so I can have it by Christmas. When I was ordering it said it would be before Christmas... and then once I clicked the order button it changed to Dec 21-Dec 28. I've order others from this company and they are usually good about shipping. I will come back and update my review with pictures and comments once they get here.
