BambooMN Bamboo Burner Cover/Cutting Board for Viking Cooktops, New Vertical Cut, Large, Extra Long (23"x11.78"x0.75")

Ordered for my Viking range. First ordered the one with the raised edges, but found it taller than I liked. Ordered the flat version and love it. Great quality and fits perfectly over my little-used grill.

The description says this:This cutting board is equivalent to Viking Model Number - HCB. It fits 12 inch wide griddle plate. It is for use on the Viking VGIC, VGSC, VGRC open and sealed burner gas ranges, Viking VDSC dual fuel range and Viking VGRT open and sealed burner gas rangetops...It didn't fit/cover my VGIC griddle. It was too big. Just about a 1/2'' too long.I did get it to fit by cutting a bit off the bottom of the board. Luckily, it had those two "rails" so I didn't have to cut the entire length of the board. If that had been the case, I would have just sent it back.It was a pain to do it and one of the reasons I bought it, so I wouldn't have to make my own. Yet, I did do basically that. It's not like it was super cheap. If you don't have tools laying around to do something like this, or simply just don't want to mess with it (like me), beware. Or just be prepared to send it back.

Very happy with the product. Nice finish and fits nicely with my 48-inch Thermador Rangetop. The drip tray has to be pulled up a little but fits good against the board. I think the description for this product should also in include Thermador griddle’s.

Looks like it's an excellent product. Purchased for a client and installed it yesterday. Perfect fit on the Viking VDSC 485's griddle and I like that it fits between the side edges so it's down low and away from the burners next to the griddle. Only drawback: I wish the manufacturer would have eased all the edges a little - they're crisp and sharp which is a little uncomfortable and possibly hurtful. I didn't notice this till removing the clear wrapping at client's home and next one I get for someone I may sand the edges a bit...

This is a nice grill cover for my Viking range griddle. It’s higher than I would like but looks good and seems to do the job.I haven’t washed it or cooked with it on the stove yet. I do worry that it might burn if the burner flame is high with a pot of the flame. It’s probably not the right cover for my range, but it does the job and the price was okay for me. Heavy and sturdy, true to its dimensions. I do not plan on using it to chop vegetables while cooking, it’s simply a cover to keep the griddle clean.

I purchased this cover/cutting board to cover two burners on our Viking stovetop. It fits beautifully, is made well, and looks great. I haven't used it as a cutting board yet, but it seems like it would work nicely.

Fits perfectly on my Viking range. I don’t like how the griddle looks, so the cutting board gives it a much classier look. Very well made, sleek looking design. Highly recommend.

Arrived with a few noticeable dings (pressure indentations) on side edge. Would have appreciated if this had been noted in the description! Fits perfectly over two gas plates on a regular gas stove.
