As we know, most of the ear pad of headset are made of leather or Velour, which are very difficult to clean, however, if not be cleaned for a long time, the era pads will be polluted by the secretions of face, it is horrible for a music fan hearing music with a dirty and full of bacteria headphone, so we highly recommend to replace the ear pads every three to six months. No Fit, No Customer Service
One side fits my Grado SR80 and the other side doesn't. Just won't stay on. I contacted the vendor the day that I got these with no response. I reached out again a few days ago for a replacement but again, no response. I definitely prefer these to the factory pads but with customer service like this, I can't recommend doing with this vendor. The in is defective and I'm getting nowhere fast trying to get some satisfaction. If things change, I'll happily edit this post.

Great improvement in sound vs. the closed pad design that came on the SR 80s.
A clear upgrade for the original closed design on the SR 80s. Mine were flat, worn out, and provided little if any padding. These replacements provide a padded cup, with an open center that REALLY improves the sound quality of already excellent headphones. I was actually astonished at how much clearer the sound was with this open design versus the closed design. Worth the update!

What the Rat Destroyed, iParaAiluRy Restored!
I had my beloved pair of Grado SR80 cans in a desk drawer at work ... along with a ziplock bag of peanuts. A rat snuck in, devoured the nuts, then moved on to the earpads on my Grados. Sad ... Angry ... oh well!!The replacements fit great and feel fine. They have no impact on the sound as all they do is hold the frame away from my ears. Thanks folks ... just what I needed!

Great earpads for the Grado SR80
Ordered them for my Grado SR80 headphones. Fit great, comfy, lightweight and leave the center section un-covered for (perhaps) improved audio quality. The the original earpads were used rarely, but they fell apart after 6 years because of the chemicals Grado uses to make the padding. These might do the same.

Cheap foam; good for a couple of years
Used these on a Grado SR60 set. So much more comfortable than the stock pads. The increase in comfort is well worth the change in profile caused by the toric shape of the foam.UPDATE: the foam is dissolving and bits and pieces adhere to the stubble on my face

Excellent replacement
Bought them to replace the original grado's sr80 earpads, this fit perfectly, have a nice finish to them, and are just like the originals a medium density comfortable foam.I can return to using my grados for hours.

It did fit my SR80 headphones and is comfortable for now
Item is not as advertised. There is no PU Leather... only a soft foam.Without the PU Leather, the price on this item is a bit steep. It did fit my SR80 headphones and is comfortable for now. I will update in a few months with information about how they are holding up.

Definitely good quality, was what I expected and fits fine
Definitely good quality, was what I expected and fits fine. Just not quite as comfortable as the originals although it's what I expected.

Deceptively comfy
Definitely don't look like the l pads in the pictures. They don't come packaged in the box either. The foam is soft and probably won't last long. I was going to return them, but gave them a try and you know what.....they are actually really comfy, more so than the Grado. They may alter the signature as they put the driver closer to your ear. 5 stars if they were 2.99 and had honest pictures.

I stopped using these on my Grado SR80e's after a while as the sound was too sharp when using them. However, I have since started using them around the tweeters on my Wharfedale speakers to decrease the reflected sound from the cabinet, and to my ears the sound is more focused and clear.

Didn't like these as they were not as good as the Original ones that came on the headphones. Seemed to be made of a less dense material and this affected the way the headphones they were intended for, sit on your ears. This in turn will have an affect on sound.

Deceptive picture. Pads are practically useless.
Completely inaccurate picture. These pads are essentially like S cushions but with the cushioning between the driver and your ear cut off. They are utterly useless as your ear rests directly against the driver and the cushion does, in the literal sense, nothing.I have no idea why the other reviews are positive for this product. It's awful.

the last earphone pads had disintegrated so I was a little wary about purchasing these, but I am very pleased as they fitted the earphones easily and are comfortable to wear. In fact, it has enabled me to revisit some of my older CD's and albums.Hopefully they will last but I am pleased with the purchase anyway.
