Can this be used During honey flow?

If the honey is meant for human consumption, the directions say to REMOVE honey supers during treatment. If you do NOT plan to harvest the honey for human consumption you can leave the supers on the hive.

The product can be used any time that the temperature is above 60 degrees F. If the daytime temperatures are likely to be in the 80+ range it is better to install late in the day when it is cooler to allow the bees to get used to the odor. Complete instructions are provided with the purchase. Be sure to read and follow ALL restrictions and directions. IF you are unable or unwilling to follow ALL of the directions you should not use this product. Improper use of this product can result in damage to the hive and could cause problems if you inhale excessive amounts, get the product on your skin or in your eyes. IF used properly, this product is safe for the bees, humans, pets, and brood.

what is the shelf life of apiguard in this packaging (50 gram tray)?

Per the manufacturer: 
We’ve received a few queries about how long Apiguard can be stored.
We know that, as long as the product has not been stored in hot conditions (in direct sun or above 30°C), Apiguard is stable for at least four years and probably up to six years in the sealed aluminium tray pack. We say three years’ stability on the label as this is the normal requirement.

Is this organic?

Apiguard trials in more than 600 honeybee colonies in 10 countries across Europe, the Middle East and North America have shown it to be a very effective, easy-to-use treatment. Under normal conditions it gives an average efficacy of 93%. Apiguard is a sophisticated, patented slow release and time-tested gel that ensures correct dosage of its active ingredient, thymol, which is a naturally occurring substance derived from the plant thyme. Thyme is an herb whose small leaves grow on clusters of thin stems. Thyme is used to season all kinds of dishes, either by itself or as part of a blend or bouquet garni alongside other common herbs like rosemary, sage, and marjoram.  Since the plant is used in cooking, it would seem to fit the category of ORGANIC.
Before you add ANYTHING to your hive you should do some basic research. A simple GOOGLE search on Apiguard would have yielded a couple of days of intensive reading and research results.  If you don't know what you are using in your hives, you probably don't need to use it, as you will do more damage to your hives by not knowing the proper usage or dosage of the treatment. Please READ and FOLLOW ALL directions for the usage of any product that you put in your hive. If you are UNABLE or UNWILLING to do so, please DO NOT USE. The Bees and all beekeepers within flying distance of your hives will appreciate it.
