WTF? Not sure this is safe. NO SEAL
How in the world should someone pay 3800 INR or over $50 for this overpriced product when it's not sealed? Is this safe? Wouldn't buy.

Great option for help in weight loss and for diabetic meal replacement!
This is a great tasting protein shake, and it's very filling. I've integrated this into my daily meal plan and have lost 10 lbs. in 2 months -- that's with only mild exercise and cutting out fried food. I really didn't make any other major changes. I either replace lunch or dinner each day with a shake made up of 1 serving of the Lean Shake 25 protein powder and some fruits and veggies blended in with it. The produce I use varies -- bananas, strawberries, blueberries, carrots, raw baby spinach, kale, romaine, etc.At 4 grams of sugar per serving, this shake mix is also great for people who need to be watching their sugar intake. My dad recently had surgery and didn't have much of an appetite afterwards. The only thing he could stand to ingest were meal-replacement shakes the hospital gave him. Unfortunately, they were extremely high in sugar -- 20 grams per serving! Since he's a diabetic, he obviously couldn't stay on them for long. We tried shakes specifically made for people with diabetes, but he hated the taste of them. Lean Shake 25 was the perfect solution. He loves the taste and gets a meal replacement without sending his sugar through the roof. He consulted his doctor about it and she gave him the ok to substitute this into his daily routine. Keep in mind, my dad is only mildly diabetic and he talked with his doctor first before starting this, so I'd recommend anyone else with a medical condition do the same.

I feel like I'm drinking a yummy Chocolate shake!
This is an unbiased review...I wasn't asked to do this nor am I getting anything for free from Amazon or GNC. I read a lot of the reviews and was nervous because so many reviews said it was chalky, nasty and not "chocolatey" enough. I purchased the Rich Chocolate flavor. I chose to do less rather than do too much because you can always add more. I took some of the suggestions I saw among the reviews. This is the way I made it:I used 10 ozs of Organic skim milk, 5 regular ice cubes, (as opposed to crushed) 1/2 of a frozen banana, and 1 and a 1/2 scoops of the Rich Chocolate Meal replacement. I used my Nutri Ninja PRO IQ blender which did a very nice job of blending everything. When I opened the lid I was surprised that it was thick and frothy as if I had just made a homemade shake. Nervous to taste just waiting for the most disgusting taste ever....Alas! It was shockingly good. I didn't taste a lot of the chocolate taste, I purchased Rich Chocolate for a reason 😉.I personally love chocolate so I put in another 1/2 a scoop because I need to taste chocolate! Much better! What I learned about my first recipe:1. I like 2 full scoops of the Rich Chocolate.2. This tastes great SUPER cold so LOTS more Ice for me.3. I liked the frozen banana taste but I will use 1 whole frozen Banana instead of half for my next shake. In my opinion this is a good MR but it has to be well made like anyrecipe it will be trial and error. I justtook my last sip and my blenderleft no gritty residue....instead, Ifinished a smooth, creamy chocolate shake. In terms of flavors, I only like chocolateso I knew I would be buyingthis flavor. One last thing, I gave4 stars only because when Ifirst sipped this, I tasted like aSweetner of some sort which isalright but GNC needs to revampThe rich Chocolate powder anduse AGAVE as a sweetner if you're going to use anything. BTW, I chose to not have dinner anddrink this and I am really full!Highly recommend but you should really "doctor" up your recipe i.e.Ice, bananas etc and you should enjoy this as much as I did😊

Tastes great and works as intended
This shake tastes great and keeps me full. It seems to have really boosted my metabolism—I am not often hungry for breakfast or lunch, and my habit has been to skip those meals and then eat a big dinner and snack at night. But I've been using this shake for the past 2 weeks to replace the meals that I usually skip, and I've lost 6 lbs, so I think it's working.Usually I make it in a blender with ice and water, or sometimes 1% milk. For a special treat, I'll add a heaping teaspoonful of peanut butter or a banana. It tastes AMAZING with a little peanut butter blended in. I've also added frozen mixed berries, which pair well with the chocolate, too. I have also made this in a water bottle without a blender ball, just shaking it to mix, and it wasn't chalky. One thing to note—I was very, VERY gassy the first week I used the shake. I think my body just needed to get used to it, because all is well now.

I'm so hungry
I wanted this to really work. I was optimistic. I'm in my mid 30s and never had weight issues until I had my second child. I workout 5 days a week for 20-30 mins using cardio and toning workouts on YouTube. I just recently stopped breastfeeding and wanted to get this last 18 lbs off (it was only 10 with first child). The taste is fine. It tastes like chocolate with fake sugar. I don't use fake sugar, I just limit actual sugar. Could it be better? Maybe. Would I rather it be effective than taste good? YES! So again, as far as taste, it's suffice.I get up at 6:30AM and drink my coffee. I would wait until 8AM to drink and eat a banana. I found myself counting down until it was 11AM so I could eat lunch. There was no way I could do breakfast and lunch shakes as suggested. I would have a small lunch and then a shake at 3PM or no shake and a small dinner.I often would try to workout between 9-10AM. I feel the workout suppressed my appetite and gave me energy. If I just did the shake without working out, I would feel lethargic, hungry, and sort of jittery (like as if I stayed up too late and my eyes burned to keep them open- so strange. No idea why). Maybe I can't do this type of meal suppressant. Maybe my blood sugar is too low. I'm not diabetic nor do I have any health issues. I'll have to check the label. I'm waiting to try a green tea extract next that suppresses appetite and gives energy. So despite the hunger, I did fight through it and lost 2-3 lbs in a week. However the weekend came and even though I had the shake for breakfast, I was so freaking hungry. I ate more food. How many calories? I don't know but probably 2,000- 1,500. Was it the shake or sheer will power and then lack of? Maybe a combo? I'm giving it 3 stars because I have nothing to compare it to and I don't view my time taking it as a success.
