I used the product daily for about 5-10 min for about 30 days and the results were that the product became damaged and ripped from biting down.

Terrible product... I hate to write a review like this but it these are not just low quality but they are a definite choking hazard. Spend the extra money and buy Jawzercise or another similar product. These are just two very small rubber pieces that actually don't even offer more resistance than a piece if chewing gum.

My Wife (NP), Son (Fitness/Guru), both told me to not even open it and send it back. This chunk of rubber seems like a good idea. In actuality it will cause serious damage to your jaw. Especially if you have TMJ

The first day i loved em my jaws were sore and they worked well but the 2nd day one ripped on the holes then the 3rd day the other ripped on both flat sides im literally bitting through them now.
