When I"m buying an item for my house that I will likely use for several years to come, I agonize over pulling the trigger and finally making a decision as to what I should buy.I probably looked at several hundred chandeliers and lights in trying to narrow down what I wanted. When I came across the "Modern Sputnik Chandelier", I knew I had a winner.I ordered the fixture a few months ago for a room that was being remodeled. I was so anxious to get it hung in the room to see what it looked like. And, well, it looks AMAZING! I have it on a dimmer switch, which works out well.It was super simple to assemble. I didn't mount it. My contractor mounted it. He had it hanging from the ceiling in no time.

We used in our máster bath to give a modern- midcentury look and it worked.

We’re working on a kitchen remodel and trying to find budget friendly options. This fixture is perfect. Gives a lot of life to a very conservative room and super easy to install. Compared this one to another that looked identical but this one had dimmable option while other did not. The directions were also well written and very clear. Would absolutely purchase from this manufacturer again.

Product Quality good value for the money- purchased on Black Friday sale for less than $70.Product Assembly was harder than it should have been. Threading 12 arms in center are just screw in - but poor threads made this much harder than you would expect. Suggest using some WD 40 on rag to “prime” the threads. The hanging (3) rod assembly was not as bad but still harder than you would expect because of plastic threads. No good instructions or illustrations for assembly order of canopy and threaded rod connector.Actual installation was terrible due to lack of adequate instructions and only 3 illustrations - which did not show true method of install, nor account for the wiring block included but unusable due to thinness of the units wires.FYI - I am a very handy homeowner who has replaced other hanging fixtures previously and have good tools.Wiring on the fixture does not have a ground wire! Other 2 wires very thin and brittle to attach to the house common and neutral. Wire nuts included were not great and better nuts and use of electrical tape was needed. 2 man job for final install 1 holding unit and 1 making connections etc. Did not see product marked with UL listed , combined with lack of a ground wire this was a big concern.Given all this why such a high star rating overall? Because the product finish color and overall look is fantastic. See photos. You will need to purchase bulbs separately. I suggest the ST 64 shape with Edison led filament. I would not go brighter that 40watt equivalent (4watt) and absolutely get the Amber tinted glass and dimmable bulbs. With 12 bulbs at full power the fixture is very bright - too bright! Plan on purchasing a good quality dimmer switch to install. Note the bulbs and dimmer will cost approximately the same or more than the fixture itself. I paid about $70 for the fixture (on a great sale), the bulbs were about $36 (also on sale) and another $32 for the good quality dimmer.With the dimmer installed this light is beautiful. The color (listed as gold) is beautiful and deep and rich vs. some other brands color described as brass, which is lighter. This was exactly as I hoped darker with a great finish. See photos for end results with dimmer on full and approximately 1/2 power being the winning recommendation in my opinion.The end result is a great looking functional fixture that easily looks like you spent over $300.Enjoy!

Love it so far, hope the durability last. Didn’t extend it all the way reason its closer to the ceiling.

This was easy to put together and install. My only complaint is that the one arm could not be screwed in all of the way. It appears as if the inside port for screwing the arm into is not aligned with the hole that you put the arm through. This may be user error - but I couldn’t get it all the way in so after several tries I gave up. I don’t think anyone will notice, it is still very sturdy.I like that this is dimmable and comes with additional poles if I want to lower the light.

Was sceptical about buying this at first as it was so cheap so I did not want it to look cheap or not work but it only took my dad 20 minutes to install and it looks so expensive.

This light is a smoking deal. Less than half price of similar lights online. Easy to assemble and easy to install. I would recommend no higher than 40W lightbulbs if you’re putting it in a bedroom because this is a very bright light with 8 bulbs
