the bolts included are WAY too long for any door
The included bolts to attach the knocker are 3 1/4" long. most all doors are about 2" thick. Thus, these bolts stick out an inch on the inside of my door now. When i contacted the seller, their answer was for me to cut the bolts down to fit myself. Really? I wanted to give a great review, because the knocker is quite nice, but i can't. I already drilled the two holes in my front door, so now I will go to the store and buy some 2 1/4" bolts that will fit, and it will work just fine. I just should not have to go to all that trouble when it clearly states all installation materials included.

Maybe put two lengths of screws in.
Looks really nice but had to stop and go into town. The screw's are too short. But when we finally got it up it really looks nice
